RMAX4 - 3.75 FRONT AND 3.125 REAR
RMAX2 - TIGHTEN PRELOAD UNTIL BOTH SPRINGS ARE TIGHT, AND THEN ADD 1/4". Adjust from there to get to your desired ride height.
