Bruh that dude just created a new anime technique in a stick fight 💀 No one ever dodges a sword flash in anime. He put the sword in his hilt and then dodged each slice, that was wild
It's so cool to me that they still make stickman animations 20 years later. I grew up on Xiao Xiao and stuff like that, hell I used to make these myself on a program called Pivot as a kid. Back when Newgrounds was my homepage and RU-vid didn't even exist haha EDIT: Damn, I didn't expect Mark to have done the same thing :O that's mad cool, but I never uploaded anything, I just made them for fun. Pivot didn't have sound and I don't think Newgrounds would've accepted that file format anyway.
They both had different goals and the artifact at the end grant one's wish. Red wanted to revive his brother, while Yellow wanted to revive his clan. The combat 2 trailer explains their motives for reference
@@friendlyfire2374 What would be the point of that? The story ended when red got the artifact at the end. It's obvious he will wish for his brother back. There is no longer any reason for him to fight.
@@hado9053 hiw do we know their wont be a twist? You gotta use anime logic. Its never just “He got the artifact now.” Its going to be some twist. Another one will be made
@@hado9053 it's great tho imagine Red was about to wish, then a sudden villain appears, and as Red was about to lose, yellow backs him up, tho it's kinda weird to think who'll get the wish
The way Jun is using his clones, show you exactly how DEADLY Naruto could be if he had ANY malicious intent. It also shows how draining it is to fight against it.
naruto's shadow aren't written consistently some times they just pop from shockwaves other times they last so long you don't even realize they're a clone.
Nah clone powers are always dumb, you mean to tell me even through you can fight equally with the opponent 1 on 1 somehow your clones are sorry as fuck and can't throw any hands? Shit never makes sense, if it was realistic these clone mofos would just lay a 1 sided beatdown.
That flying raijin into that one inch killer punch was INSAANNNNEEEE 😂😂😂 Side note: I’m just now realizing that gold punched the shadow clones out of red in the rematch 😂😂😂 19:35 for reference
If you guys don't understand, allow me to explain: For thousands of years people were fighting and killing each other trying to get a wish from the staff that appeared at the end of the video, red and yellow were fighting each other trying to get the wish but yellow had a heart filled with revenge and anger and that’s why he lost, yellow in the video said " kung-fu is not child’s brawl” : you can already tell that yellow thinks kung-fu is meant for killing people, and red said “no it’s meant to protect” : red wants to protect while yellow wants to avenge his village and you can see how red was holding back the whole time, red was trying to teach him something and that’s why red didn’t kill yellow, he gave him 3 chances but yellow was too blind to see that. I hope this helped :D
Backstory: Yellow is the evil one, he was out for revenge, was gonna use the wish for evil, Red is the good one and gave yellow 3 chances to give up and was holding back, Yellow believed kung fu was to kill, but it is really meant to protect, as Red stated.
Yellow lost his clan so he wanted to revive his clan with the relic and choose the path of vengeance. Red lost his brother and wanted to bring him back using the relic and choose the path to protect. Jhanzou explained it in the trailer for part 2. Check it out
@@aj3706 reviving a clan and reviving your brother is practically the same in theory, but yellow uses his strength in evilish ways (vengeance etc) and red uses it to protect people.
If you notice both of their weapons, you will see that the weapons show how much control they have over themselves and how the weapons balance their personalities.
just now noticed that the one scene where gold start fighting all the clones is the same scene from where sakura fought sasori and hhis 1000 puppet jutsu
god that whole clash scene is so sick, the white and black frames when they're preparing to hit, the pause in the music, the resumption of it when they come out of the cloud (probably my favorite part of the whole thing), then yellow running forward while still moving backward from the momentum is such a nice fucking touch. masterpiece bro.
I actually have a whole set of stick figures with powers and a backstory I made as a student in high school lmao this brought me back , I might get em animated
@@Nero-KDOh yeah, and if you guys didn’t know. The creator of it is rebooting the series and has two episodes out currently. The feel more DBZ than ever, especially the second episode
Jhanzou been around since my senior year in high school 😅😅. First time I seen his work was in 2004 where it was inside a 2 story building and the hero was like Jackie Chan with that old school martial arts film music in the background. Was just as dope as this is now for its time but is still good today
Thanks for the hook up on them Combat God video - those go hard and damn this takes me back to me know the library doing the exact same thing in flash whilst everyone just laughed... should have kept up that grind
People used to do these stick fight animations long time ago on Flipnote Hatena, used to spend hours past midnight watchin them on my DSi in like 2009 dawg... Glad to see them making a comeback.
Dope choreography. The only criticism I have is that despite all the wounds inflicted on each other, none of the dmaage seemed to effect their combat ability. Think back on some of the best amine fights and there is usually some consequences for all the heavy damage /dangerous techniques. Ex. Deku losing the use of his limbs because of the power of One for All. Still a top notch video though and the love for action and anime really comes through
4:13 had to be one of the HARDESTTT moments in this video bro..! bro the voices in CG2 were just amazing bro and the film in general, ion know what to say.. love it
I love this because of how strategic the velvet man is. The captions say he his chi style is wolf. Wolves are adaptable and they fight in packs. This dude sending clones wasn't just him being malicious. It was him learning his opponent. That's why when he got his second wind. The Gold guy wasn't as effective anymore.
Avenger part 1 was done on my bday bro… that’s dope af lol I already enjoyed this vid but seeing something you worked on and uploaded from years ago was on my bday is lit 😌 keep up the videos fam! 💯
Damnnn the ending explained it all they was fighting for a wish and the yellow one kept fighting and not giving up cause hes clan or family died and he probably tried to revive it on some sasuke shit lowkey sad
