HEY Ian what happened to the "dual view" at the same time (it was a GREAT idea) Example-- wanted to see the side view of when she corrected hip extension 0:47 (you showed front view, changed to side after after it was done)-- love the moves

What's the difference between doing a wall rdls this way and having one leg up with your bottom of your foot pressed against the wall

Foot fully on the wall requires more mobility. Both work. Just a preference

hi im trying to do this exercise but i keep wobbling around and its making it difficult. any suggestions how to fix that?

Depends why you are wobbling. Are you wearing good shoes or barefoot? You can just do a two leg deadlift which is more stable. With the foot on the wall this is already the more stable kickstand variation. Forsure always wear shoes when working out! Also it sometimes helps to place your entire foot on the wall, having your leg bent at a 90 degree angle if that makes sense?

How long does it takes to get rid of hip dips completely ?

Hip dips are not an issue and is normal due to the anatomy of hips. You can build muscle to change your anatomy but there is no set time or answer. Everyone is an individual.
