I got to the landmass 2:55 via the scenic route. Cross Manteca Falls, use the drunk glitch to get ‘off map’, ride northwards (using several horses with the cheat code ‘Run! Run! Run!’) and eventually got there. There’s a easy route across the river to the land mass immediately north of Annesburg. Tips: there are cougars roaming in the off map land & stock up with plenty of horse stimulants before visiting.

Enjoy your postings on red dead mysteries and really look forward to each of your videos! Truly a top tier channel and I hope the update coming at the end of the month adds new exploratory exploits! Wouldn't mind an earlier new Austin glitch lol.

Great Video!!, I just reinstalled v1.00 and am having a blast exploring the maps in their entirety!. I went to Mexico and walked around the entire island of Guarma (clockwise). Will be interesting to go by boat. Hope Rockstar is planning for singleplayer DLC, since they've put so much into building these "out of bounds" areas.

I remember I kept trying to get to the little island below catfish Jackson, If I row the boat out too far it would sink and I would drown. I managed to swim over to a guy and one of those little motor boats and thought I could reach the island that way but it started sinking too

Imagine doing the companion glitch and then taking the boat to Guarma Edit: Sadly it’s been patched. If the companion glitch ever gets patched I’ll probably stop replaying the story just to do it

I go near the blackwater side and Get the small steamboats.But the waves of Guarma push you out of the boat.The row boat however since you sit in the middle makes it all over Guarma.

When you reach Guarma, can you pretty much park the boat anyway and get out? Or does it have to be in that exact spot?

Wait since the glitch is patched im curious what happens if you unload the glitched water the boat. Cant sink these are supposed to be invinciblw

The invisible sniper doesn't get you when you go there with a boat? I used swim & run glitch to get there (to get 100% animal thigny) but it is pain in my butt to run around.

Is this patched? if not I got a early disk which came out some months after the release in Norway, what if you put a horse in the boat???

so not only they have patched the steam boat control glitch (this sucks!), but also you can't row or swim on your horse along the eastern bank of the river. curiously, the narrow strip of land along the edge of the water is NOT considered out of bounds (the animals are actually moving there, you can hitch your horse etc., just like the area opposite thieves landing), but as soon as you get into water and move a short length, you drown along with whatever you are on or in, as there seems to be another invisible wall there placed along the bank. as long as you stay farther east, you're fine, and you can still explore the out of bounds area. it is still possible to cross the water north of annesburg, provided that you glitched out of the map elsewhere: as you ride north, you will see a cape protruding from the east that makes it just barely possible (use the potent horse stimulant) when you cross from west to east, and easy in the opposite direction. it is possible to do without using cheats (catch a wild horse west of the devil's cave or any of the other spawn locations outside of the map). it is still possible to travel to guarma and back (and keep your horse, if you manage not to lose it) without having to die to be respawned. unfortunately the invisible sniper spoils the fun once you're past the guarma mission.

So I figured out when you shoot it with explosive bullets and destroy it, the boat is gone completely

Just download rdr2 offline if u have disc to do all the fun glitches i am currently legend of the east as arthur and am riding a rose grey bay arabian.

By the way there is an easier way.. Just teleport to Guarma with any decent trainer. it's located south of Blackwater, literally takes 2 seconds to teleport there.

Whenever I try this no steamboats spawn, in fact no other boats spawn, don't know what I'm doing wrong but I follow this video and every time no other boats spawn, I wish I could try this
