That's Minnie Driver and the one who does the voice of the short guy is also the voice of Scarecrow from Arkham Asylum.

You have to wonder, if the Crystal Dynamics Tomb Raider was as culturally relevant and iconic as Core's Tomb Raider, there would be no need to re-envision it. I liked this animation; it makes me want to see Lara Croft make a comeback.
