people usually take 5-6 attempts to finally leave an abusive relationship. we really shouldn't call people dramatic when they are triggered around conversation about their abuser or are around them. i know its reality and manufactured drama and over the top, but alex really is a piece of shit. juliette's friends must be unaware to think this is about money and not an abusive cycle.

I actually think garrett is VERY mature in saying he has trust issues and therefore isn't sure he can do long distance. He's admitting he can't just go and pretend he doesn't have them, even though I think he wants her. But being in a LDR with trust issues you don't have power over yet can do a lot of harm.
