why is everyone suddenly forgetting juliette was 23 when sam asked her to move in? and got mad at her when she was nervous about it? grown men approaching 30 need to stop pressuring young girls with virtually no real life experience to settle down with them. huge red flag which we literally see come to fruition when he publicly humiliates her after his bright plan doesn't work out. sam wants his girlfriend to act like an adult but consistently dates girls who only look 18 (hence why him and jordan are never a thing). this is pretty common behavior among men tbh let's not normalize it on top of that, juliette's reasoning on wanting to move out is valid. his drug problem becomes more obvious every episode post break up and it's clear what she was talking about in addition to the codependency

One request 🙏 Can you guys atleast put subtitles or let us know what the cast is saying when a song gets dinged and you can't play the scene audio. It's happened a few times now and I feel we've missed out on what was being said. It happened this episode when Juliette was talking with Amanda abt her breakup with Sam. And it happened at Madison's baby shower. It also happened when Amanda and JJ were at Amanda's house in the backyard when they were breaking up. Or was it his house? I don't remember but that one was frustrating because I wanted to know what was being said. And I only watch the show thru you guys so please have subtitles or reenact the scenes that are being shown but not heard. I hope my message gets seen...thank you!!

Suggestion for the cleaning dispute: swap chores for several months. My husband and I did it and we both built a huge appreciation for what the other one does. I had to do more manual labor jobs I didn't enjoy, but that's the point. He realized that laundry and dishes are never ending jobs. Now, when we're discussing chores, we both have an understanding of the time and effort each one takes. You start doing little things to make the other person's chores easier because you remember when it was your job. Ex: not stacking recycling and grabbing a new bag, putting laundry in the hamper, keeping things off the floor for the person who does the floors, etc. Loved watching this convo play out!

You all seem to forget that Juliette did not want to move in with Sam in the first place! The way Sam got so mad and distant with her and not reapecting how she felt was so manipulative. He acted like he wasnt going to be happy until she said yes, so she went against her better judgment and said yes. Then when it didnt work out, Sam throws a fit. If youve been following aince the start and watching it on social media, you wouldn't be on Sam's side.

I'm so glad we are at this point in the show because you guys are finally gonna see how immature and narcissistic Sam really is. Lol i'm getting a bit irritated with people defending Sam. He is a self centered little boy who doesn't have to work, has no real responsibilities and just wanted to hang out and party every day. Juliette didn't want that. She wanted a place where a million people wouldn't be there every day so she could focus on her career because she didn't want to live off of Sam's parent's money. He didn't like that. He wanted her to need him.

I see that juliette didnt go about moving out in a way that would help them stay together, however, as i was watching the eps where he was "asking" her to move in, i could see her try to ignore her insticts and knowledge of self to make him feel comfortable, she sacrificed her needs for his, but nobody said a thing, she wasnt ready for that, she knew she wasnt ready and tried (poorly) to communicate that, which was met with passive agression and manipulation. And it didnt work, it wasnt working, it was too soon and he ignored her discomfort, coz he wanted it to be what he wanted. I found it so frustrating to watch, you cant force your partner to be ready for that important step, and its doomed if you ignore that. The fact hes blaming her for wanting to go back to what it was like before he forced that step. Its too common for society to ignore that type of behaviour from one partner, then jump on the person who needs their own space. He is pretty toxic in my opinion, hes just so dosile ppl cant see it.

I want to say that it’s good to know this information re:Sam, because the story told here in the show certainly does NOT give this point of view. However, If you’re watching this show without knowing any of the background details, just watching this show, I don’t think you can expect Timmy or anyone have your view point. Watching this show for the first time, the current viewer can only make a judgement based on what is being shown as part of the “story”. Like, with Alex, it was different because his racist comments got him kicked off the show and that made more popular news. People watching the show now with Timmy and Whitney, we are not going to dig into the relationship on social media from 3 years ago. Hope I’m making sense.

I think it's also always really important to take into account who is carrying most of the mental load. That typically falls more on me in our family, so my husband recognizes that and pitches in more when it comes to every day cleaning tasks. If I'm being messy, he knows it's not because I'm neglectful, it's because something else has taken priority (kids needs/schedule/tasks/appointments/etc).

My hubs works waaayy more hours than I do. Therefore, I pretty much do all of the housework. It's just how it works out. He will do things for me, like handwashing dishes because I HATE doing them, or help fold clothes because again I can't stand folding laundry, lol! I’m sorry but I really gotta disagree with Timmy about Juliette and I wish he’d stop speaking like he knows what she’s actually thinking. I’m sure Juliette really did want a relationship with Sam still but like she said he kept having people over which was distracting with her working at home. This may also have been the time of the “lockdowns” so working at a coffee place or renting office space may not have been possible. But either way wanting space in a newish relationship doesn’t necessarily mean you want to break up.

I fully agree with you! Love you a lot Timmy and Whitney but I have to respectfully disagree with y’all on this one! I think it could be because they haven’t gone into full details yet about how it was constantly a party there, but if your partner isn’t listening to you about that, it’s not totally fair to you. I also agree that you could want space from your relationship but still want to work on it, especially considering they were only dating for one year, she’s super young, and he kind of pressured/forced her to move in. If she said no to moving in, he was pretty much going to dump her! He was already upset that she didn’t feel ready, despite her reasonable concerns and age! I can totally see the side of him that is used to getting everything he wants, and gets upset if it doesn’t go his way! I will say, even though Juliette def has her immature side and parts of her that she needs to work on, I don’t think this situation is fully on her. I think they both were just not meant to be together.

This was in Florida however they didn't really participate in the lockdowns. So she definitely didn't need to move out. She could have easily got an office space and spent 12 hrs a day there if she wanted. There was 0 reason to completely move out. I'm with whit and tim. She wanted to break up.

I’m with Tim- the mess and clutter heighten my anxiety. Something that worked for me was to get two containers (one for my husband one for my kid) that I call “the sh*t buckets” and fill them with all their sh*t they’ve left around the house all week. Then it’s up to them to empty/put away, but I can relax and enjoy my decluttered space. Other things I choose my battles- like the laundry thing I would just push the laundry down and put the top on 🤷🏼‍♀️ Ultimately, if I expect a certain level of cleanliness then I feel I’m responsible for that.

I really enjoyed the conversation between Chloe and Juliette at the end of the episode, and I thought Chloe’s comments were very kind and encouraging. I agree with others about putting subtitles when the a copyrighted song comes on. I think we are missing a good bit. Thanks!

She has a brother and father they just aren't on the show so thankfully her mom isn't totally without her. BUT tbh yah I'd want to be with my mom regardless

@@dm3606 I didn't know that and oftem wondered. I do't remember them being at the fund raiser but maybe they didn't want to be on camera. I lost my Mom fairly young and would do anything to have her here to take care of her. Most Mother Daughter rela tionships are very special. Not perfect but special.

Hahaha I’m a total Whitney. I own it. Currently my laundry basket kind of collapsed on itself (it’s one of those woven ones) and so I am currently just throwing my clothes on top of it. It’s a target now 😂
