Ace also has the one perk that nerfs the chains. Inner Focus: He walks faster, and chains force you to walk, activating the perk. Made that a very unfortunate choice of target.

@@ritvars7357you shouldn’t be chasing the strongest house on the map. He had so many chances to break chase and spread pressure but he didn’t. He tried the same thing over and over despite it not working etc. either he is a casual player or he let the stress get to him. Plus pin head is a C+ B- tier killer. This is very much just a bad match for the killer. And the fact that it’s vs comp players makes this looks worse.

Comp dbd has to be one of the biggest snoozefests of all time ngl. As you said, the skill expression is so low compared to other games that it's just boring.

What would you rather see them do as commentators, a caster's job in gaming is mostly RILING UP the viewers, otherwise whats the point. Even though their excitement may come as infantile, thats kinda their job.

Killer sided outside of league & tournaments. Survivors all have comms, played 100s of hours, meta perk. When playing with randoms, the killer chances of getting 4k is greater higher.
It also sometimes shows that these comp players are obv very good players, And very good killer players in general. But not the best at that specific killer. Made quite some mistakes and things that he could have done by watching pinhead players with hundreds of hours or more Just on Pinhead himself.
This scoring system is old. The scoring system they use now is: - Most generators completed (if that's tied) Hook stages (if that's also tied) Amount of fresh hooks
They all play games to the end and try to get the best possible result even if after the win cond has been met we could say the game is done, they do it for the same reason they play in the first place even though there is very little reward to dbd comp, they just enjoy the game and it's more interesting for basically everyone to play until the end, it also gives the opportunity to get into your opponent's mind
Tru3 has a lot of learn in the world of comp. He plays normal pub matches so hes yet to really experience in the comp experience. Its not survivor sided in comp due to the comp rule set. This guy thinks everything is survivor sided just awful takes.
You know what is the real issue? People trying to make dbd a competetive game. It's silly arcade game and you can't make it fair. It's just impossible. That's why old mories or all the broken shit like moon bouquet was actually fun. They were stupidly strong to the point of being broken, but you didn't see them every game, because people we're not sweating that much.
And thats how it looks like when killer refuse to use gen regress perks. Or at least one decent gen regress perk. These survivors are not excelllent. They are very good, but far from excellent and yet they were able to make fun of him and gave him first down while 3 gens were already done. If anyone claim that DbD is killer sided, then they can watch "comp" scen of DbD. There is exact proof how disbalanced this game is in favor of survivors. And what does it mean? That people cannot take advantage and use it properly. Its not that killer would be so overpowered. Its because people are doing same mistakes over and over. Running into the walls, wasting time with trying non-existent 360 dodges, demanding healing when last gen is almost finished and much more. So many people are blaming killers for being OP and what ever. But from my point of player what has 10k in DbD I can definitely say that survivor is easy for me. I have probably 8k hours only on survivors. And I´m still watching what people are doing every single match. That, what I meantioned above, and much more like inability to wait for unhooking ´till its almost ready to go for second stage or kill. They cannot comprehend how to do trading properly. Its such lack of gamesense. There is no excuse for not being able to think. It makes sense that when hook stage is 60 seconds that I should use that for gen instead of unhooking immidietly in front of the killer. That I should not give up on hook just because something did not go in my way as I wanted. That I should give them as many time as possible. Playing for team. After all points are made for all of us and when we escape in 3 people even the dead one will have same amount of MMR points. Thats what make survivor side so miserable. Not because killer is bad but because people are refusing to think.
There is no such thing as "excellent" survivor in DBD, because many chases boil down to 50/50's. One cannot win a gamble every time. The survivors in this video are as close to "excellent" as one could get, better than the vast majority of players. I really think you are downplaying how good these survs are and how much practice they have put into the game. I say this as a guy with 4K hours as surv who actually played some comp for 1 year. However, I agree with everything else you wrote. The main issue why solo queue sucks is because 90% of survivors have no idea how to play. Farming off hook, attempting futile 360's only to waste their speed boost, no knowledge on how to play a pallet and use checkspots. If people actually learned how to play this game, killer would not have 70% win rate
