REACTING To [WC2023] GRAND FINAL - Elysium Vs Calamity (Wraith matches) from @dbdleague show them some love. #reaction #reactionvideo #tru3ta1ent #dbd #dead_by_daylight
2:43 she used any means necessary to make it look like she was vaulting over the pallet whxjh the killer fell for and hesitated which allowed her to to get distance
It’s nice to see you learning comp, keep it up, and hey maybe you’ll actually give a try at some point, don’t be worried about loosing everyone gotta start somewhere, Also This how the scoring works for league you’re currently watching DBDL, it differs for other leagues, Ely completed 5 gens in there game as surv, and xeno got 10 hook stages and 4 fresh hooks, Cal completed 5 gens in there game a surv, and hein the killer got 6 hook stages and 3 fresh hooks.
Honestly I’d think he would do better if he had a team there since he wants the game to be competitive, well a bunch of stuff are banned there so would give him a chance
@@dirktebrake7702 how is it delusional? He complains about all the crutch perks which are busted which he’s not entirely wrong, but if there’s rules behind it, he might do it. He literally even said if the league was pushed towards hooks and not kills he would do it, that’s why he’s educating himself by watching them
the scoring is pretty simple. Its based on how many hooks or kills u get with how many gens are left. If team A gets 4 kills with 1 gen left then Team B need to get 4 kills with 2 gens left to win. if both teams gets 4 kills with 1 gen left, the match replays. If team A gets 3 fresh hooks and 7 hooks total Team B need to get 3 fresh hooks and 8 hooks total to win. And you cant get 8 hooks from just 2 survivors, cause each surv of course can only be hooked 3 times each (2 survivors fully hooked = 6), so by default the killer need to at least hook 3 seperate players to achieve the so called win condition
You really needed all that to explain a simple scoring system and somehow you even managed to make it sound more complicated that it is. Dont start a career as a person who makes instructions.
@@Aleksi723 how is any of that complicated? The team that has the most hooks to gen ratio wins, seem pretty simple to me. All I did was add additional context regarding the logic of fresh hooks
@@axe6268 All you did was write a book of something you can finish in one sentence. Why did you even start it by giving scenarios of kills when kills dont even matter its the hooks.
what more important fresh hook or hooks total? like 6 hooks could be on 2 persons while 4 hooks could be on 4 persons. who win? fresh hooks + lower total or total + lower fresh
@@fe1ian637 in this tourney the point system is. generators completed > hook stages > fresh hooks. so in this instance the total hooks is awarded more. Its just to simplify the scoring system. in the past the previous scoring system iirc was fresh hooks = 3 points. 2nd hooks = 2 points. full kill = 1 point. this did not however change how comp players played the game as they would just focus on getting a good win condition (instead of a good scoring) for their team which was often just a 4k at 1 gen left
He tried as Wraith before against team Oracle. Let's just say it didn't go well at all for tru3... For you trolling tru3 stans, I'm not at all saying tru3 is bad at the game or team Oracle isn't literally the best team in the dbd competitive scene, I'm just saying it didn't go well for tru3. The best result he got was 5 hooks and 1 kill. Just stating facts. It's crazy I even have to over explain like this, but I know some of you stans will literally take someone's words completely out of context and defend tru3 to the ends of the planet
@@yeeeitsdustin on that same day tru3 played oracle 3 years ago in 2021 former dead by daylight streamer dowsey who most in the community would also say was a very good killer player in this game he also faced oracle playing as wraith, twins, and spirit wraith - 2 hooks & 0 kills twins - 6 hooks & 0 kills spirit - 6 hooks & 0 kills also back in 2021 twins & spirit at that time were seen and perceived as much stronger killers than wraith
You were way overthinking the scoring board lol, for anyone confused, the numbers next to each team are: Gen count: number of gens that team did in round Hook count: total number of hook stages 1st hook count: number of fresh hooks
BROTHER, the scoring is the most intuitive possible way, the gens done by elysium survivors get put in elysium gen score, the hooks got by elysium killer get put in elysium hook score.
Dbd comp is not about the money that’s secondary this guys have a great passion for this game they try their best and you gotta respect that they commit huge time to learning and on the tournaments hosted they set limitations to have each side on equal footing unlike your average pubs match
Your mind is killer sided. I got the scoring confused from the start aswell, but we are not only counting killer rounds. 1 team has to play both sides and when they play survivor its all about doing gens and avoiding other teams killer getting score.
As an M1 - Wraith isnt meant to, what you would call "win"... The aim is just to do better than the opposition. And UNIQUE / "fresh" hooks do come into play. If they end up with same number of hooks, then it goes to fresh hooks. Also, MASSIVE shout to Xeno's Any Means pallet vault bait. Its easy to say that Wraith could have hit, but in comp thats an unexpected play. The animation bamboozled Wraith
If they make it individual hooks, the correct play a lot of the time will be to kys on hook, to deny any further hooks, which would be very strange to say the least
the reason tru3 wont get into comp is not because of “tunneling” weak ass excuse. He just doesnt want his ego to be destroyed by actual good players. Thats why he stays playing pubs 😂😂😭😭
he plays comp on other games like Street Fighter (fighting game) so it doesn't make sense he is scared his ego will be destroyed. He has said many times, he finds it boring. But maybe he'll give it a try now we'll see
When game is this big, but prize pools are this dogshit. It tells you that no one cares about it other than people who try to rub their ego with it. I seen games less than 1000 playing with bigger prize pools.
