Advice for people. Big open gyms are fantastic for people with nervous or anxiety issues... I don't suffer from anxiety, but I'm not fond of crowds, especially loud clownish people .The gym with my music on gives me a purpose and a goal it also gets me away from work for an hour or so. If you do have social issues and want to do something about it, get your arss to the gym, you will 1. Meet people 2. Get healthy. Remember, everyone in there was in your position once. I'm a soldier, and I still get nervous about certain situations it's about making that first step once in you'll be fine.

That’s so true i didn’t even realise it till now , when you said people don’t understand why he train so much but it really has healed us from hard times and brought us that mental peace without realising. I always get comments like “how do you train so much” or why, and it’s hard to explain to someone who hasn’t trained for that same reason. We struggle to take a day off 🤣 I love you so much though, you’ve really motivated me to stay positive and feel happy about myself more than anyone else, and i think bc i’m a brit i feel i relate to you eheh. Keep doing what you’re doing ❤️❤️
