Have you tried putting cream over powder after you do however you do your blush and stuff normally? The Patrick Ta blush duo is what got people not terrified to put blush over a powder, specifically a powder blush and it gives that skin like, fresh look back to the cheeks while keeping the cream blushes on way longer than if you didn’t do this- for anyone who’s face eats blush throughout the day, or if you get a beautiful blush you love, but it just is a weak blush for staying power. Just the slightest amount tapped out on the cheek over the powder

I loved this video and hope that you make it a series. Doing your makeup look like it was done in past years is a terrific idea. Look forward to seeing the first one. I’m old and my first look was peach cheeks, flavored lip stick or white lip stick, blue eyeshadow and blue mascara. Of course I also wore white go go boots, mini skirts and set my hair using orange juice cans. Nothing I would like to revisit at my age.

Aww I remember watching you back then! The first video of yours I watched was about Kosas shade range and after that one I went back and watched the rest of the videos you had uploaded. Immediately from the first video when I found your channel I knew you had something unique. You were so honest and every time you would upload it truly took precedence over everything else I had going on and I would run to watch it. Truly I would watch you talk about anything because of how thorough and well thought out you are. There has been countless makeup, fragrance, and fashion items that you’ve recommended through the years that I’ve bought and loved based on your recommendation dating all the way back to this video with the Roen palettes. Your fashion videos are truly underrated too you’ve gotten me hooked on the Jenni Kayne cardigans and the Abercrombie jeans and one pieces. Along the way I found out you had EDS too and we’ve both been battling chronic illness which was insane even though it’s a lot more common than originally thought. I try not to have parasocial relationships with people online but I feel very protective over you and I hope that you know that for as many comments you get hating on you, you have hundreds of people here ready to hype you up at any time! I love this blast from the past and would be totally down to see you react to more old videos.

My therapist says that our brains have a negativity bias so we subconsciously focus on hate, but I make it a practice to internalize the love and really powerful! Kait on Baby Kait: I was very soft spoken and very pleasant, so different from how I am now. Me: So you're loud and unpleasant now 😂😂😂 I know what you meant but that gave me a good giggle. Your 2019 favorites actually made me look over my collection and think "oh this probably needs to be thrown away", because I have so many cream products from that year and earlier. haha the face you made when you started watching your old vid was epic, i think we all do that. i sound like a country lumber jack when i look back at videos i in ( im from one of the part of norway where our dialect sounds like another language, where thick and strong dialect. im adopted from korea so my dialect surpises many). and we all are so aware of ourselfs so its wierd to see ourself. that video is from your 30 years, arent you in your 20ties??. its true its so sad when brands "reinvent" themselfs and it ends up worse than before, so many brands do that, especially the brands you like. you and john are so cute together, i m not meening to be mean but every time i see john i think of ross in friends and joey says "hello mr cotter" , he looks like ross when he has that mustache. how has your day been? hope you are well and safe. i did the way you do your eyeshadow yesterday and it was a new expirience. i liked it. oh man that sound made me sqirm, it sounds like me you have sensory problems, im wierd when i hear loud sounds i get anxiety. and i love touching soft packaging haha. epic the fitglow era was long and so sad they are diffrent. i love that your videos are like old ones, lip product heavy. so sorry for a long comment. hope your day is well and safe and your health is great, wish john and thumper a great and heathy week to

Are you a professional makeup artist, whether self taught or trained? You do the most beautiful makeup on yourself, and your critique, descriptions and sharing of your most loved products is refreshing to hear because so many beauty creators act as though we have this unlimited stream of money that we can just throw our money at every single product ever launched rather than sharing recommendations more as a consumer… because we the normal folks do not get free makeup and skincare sent to us in stock or have this million dollar budget for makeup and skincare per month.

I just found your channel I think and I love watching your videos because your personality is so awesome. You aren’t editing everything out that shows you have a personality for one. When you are a makeup junkie and use up a product, it means you absolutely are obsessed with that product… since we are constantly buying newer products we see marketed like an idiot.😂 But if you are a makeup influencer and get free products all the time and use up a product and would repurchase- THAT this something to share with the world… and then the company will swiftly discontinue their number one selling, HG product.😂 Like is it true Nars is discontinuing Nars Radiant Foundation?

Your description of the Ilia blush color reminds me of Pat McGrath blush in Fleurtatious. I’m fair and never went for the “beige” blushes. But after trying this it’s my holy grail blush!! Perfect for us fair girlies!!!

New subscriber here 💜. Thank you for drawing my attention to the fact that the HD skin foundation from Makeup Forever has fragrance. I own this foundation (though I only wear it occasionally) and I somehow never noticed this. If I’m going to acquiesce to wearing a foundation with fragrance, at least let it be Armani luminous silk! Ahh the Honest beauty viral hype gotcha. The cream blushes are like any other cream blush but more pricey because of the clean claim. Doesn’t last long so take it with you.😂 I love love love mauve brown or deeper brown tone blushes in place of bronzer and to contour with because it looks so natural on the skin vs so many bronzer products that run orange or are straight up brown. The Sun kissing the face never just makes your face and forehead brown (or orange, and please tell me one ethnicity where orange is ever an accurate skin tone. I never understand why so many base products are straight up orange.) There’s always a sun kissed look to it.

Started watching your channel when I saw your video that Mac is still cool. Been loving your content and recommendations so much! Mac recently discontinued their Face and Body foundation and released a studio radiance serum foundation. Tried a sample size from the Mac counter it's super skin like and hydrating, light to medium coverage. I'm curious what you'd think of it if you're open to reviewing new products in the future!
