Remember, in order to play Yu-Gi-Oh you will need a deck and an opponent. Then you decide who wins. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.

In early college, my friends and I created a "yugioh solitaire" to test decks and practice. We basically would flip a coin or roll dice to determine if a response/play was made by the opponent and what it was. It didn't nessisarily specify decks or cards but would focus on common results from plays in the current meta. We would tend to favor the opponent in generalizations since we wanted more of a challenge to test/practice by. For instance, we would recognize cards like solemn judgment being a common staple so a similar negation might be a possible response but no lifepoint cost or limits to how often it could show up in the game were implemented. It was up to the dice ratios to be somewhat fair. The concept would become more detailed over time as specific scenarios were discovered but typically still relied on the similar dungeons and dragons style mechanics to determine the opponents plays, reactions or lack of. Lots of little tweaking occurred and it was far from a flawless system but was still fun and challenging! Clearly we transitioned once free online options where one could build a deck from any existng cards was available but it's still fun to reminisce about! I remember building agressive decks that had a million responses and back up options to compete with bad luck on the RPG rolls/flips then finding my deck was way too proactive in defending agaisnt other decks that were more defensive themselves. Haha

it might be along time now, but does anyone know what table they are using or something similar in minute 6:31, it would make dueling a lot easier in my current space of playing

Step 5 makes no sense. Use a rule book to determine who wins. However they also put a rule book is optional in the beginning of what you need. Although that's the best way as you play Yu-Gi-Oh is just throw all my things face up and say I win. Just like playing war apparently.
