"I really want to see Ben 10 in a death battle, because they could have a lot of fun with the transformations." Oh, how that one would come back to bite you.
I think the fact that you guys were hesitant about your prediction should be taken as a sign that Death Battle has gotten good at portraying a matchup as relatively fair. Almost none of them were a stomp (I can only think of two off the top of my head) so for the vast majority of the time both/all combatants in each Death Battle are capable of winning at least a fair percentage of the time. Don't be ashamed of having doubts in your vote, because that just means the fight won't be boring.
I too would like to see Ben 10 appear in death battle. You guys said you didn't see the 5th movie right? I seen transformers the last knight and could barely make it half way, I finished it but I got super bored. The action didn't seem as good as the older movies and the story seemed to be all over the place, like they just gave up half way while writing it. Definitely the worst of the movies. However that Bumble Bee movie that is coming out later looks promising. Seems to be actually trying to tell an actual story, better looking design for Bee, while still having humans at least seems to be trying to treat the transformers as actual characters and lastly isn't directed by Bay but instead is directed by a guy I think is named Travis Knight who I heard made some movies people actually liked. So I have hopes for it.
The one thing they fail to mention is that the Rocket Pack Optimus used in the G1 clip wasn't his. It belonged to Sideswipe after Prime asked him to give it to him. So, that could be /Sideswipe's/ top flight speed and not necessarily Prime's.
In case you were wondering, a yottaton is a measurement for septillions of tons. For reference, that dwarfs the asteroid impact that wiped out the dinosaurs, which was 'only' 100 teratons, making it most likely the single strongest attack in the history of Death Battle.
so the blast was like 40 million billion billion tons of TNT? I think that's in the ballpark of 6 thousand billion times more than what's necessary to blow up the earth (admittedly I did have to round a lot to get that number and I am not sure how reliable my sources are)
I'd personally really love to see Ben 10 in a Death Battle, the only problem would be that with his Alien X transformation (and the fact that he can just casually use the thing now due to how much better he's gotten at debating with Bellicus and Serena), he's gonna win against almost any opponent they could pair him with
That's down to Ben more than anything, the official Omnitrix doesn't actually have that glitch. Only times it's done that is because of Ben's exuberant activation method (as stated by Azmuth), or when some sort of outside interference occurs (like that creature Phil became that forced the Omnitrix to only use electricity-based aliens)
Actually nightwing vs daredevil is the 100 death Battle one of the Death battle was delete it because it was copyrighted and the battle was a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Battle Royale
Yeah, I don't know about that man, Louise isn't exactly a "fighter". All Bakugo has to do is close the distance by propelling himself with explosions, dodge her spells, and she would be done for. And judging by his crazy reaction time in the tournament, he's not gonna be caught off guard. That would be a total curbstomp.
@Bumblebee gamer202 don't worry, a lot of people forget. When it comes to Transformers lore, there's like a hundred different continuities each with different timelines.
IMO: First three Transformers were great. Fourth one definitely could have been better. Fifth one was legitimately the worst movie I have ever seen. Bumblebee was a god send.
...And therefore we have to work weeks to get our reactions right? What do you expect of us? Everyone always watches the original first, so SA still gets the money. We don't watch a reaction channel to rewatch the video - we watch them to see people's reactions. Hence the name "Reaction" Channel. It's not like these guys are going to make even 1% of the money SA will from the video - and even if they did, they're not stealing that 1%, they're making it out of scratch. People wouldn't click on this video or any video if it didn't exist. I don't get why you're upset about this.
I 'PERSONALLY' used to love the Bay Transformers movies and did'nt care if they were awful so long as I enjoyed it. But after seeing "Transformeds G1" I was torn on whether I should still like the Bay films ebit or completely hate them.
No doubt Optimus will win just because he is a from a "super robot genre" unlike RX-78-2, the creator of the "real robot genre". They totally nerf RX-78-2; Suddenly forgot that RX-79-2 have a LEARNING COMPUTER SYSTEM that could actively learn and improve the capabilities of the Gundam. HEATPROFF FIELD which pumps out air to counter the friction heat of atmospheric entry. BAUVA*XBR-M-79-07G BEAM RIFLE that destroys matter on a molecular scale, the beam rifle can penetrate even the thickest armor and destroy its target with a single shot
Never seen Gundam, but I doubt that, when facing a machine literally hundreds of times better than it, it could suddenly boost up to their level. Just because it can learn an opponent's attacks and weakness doesn't mean it will always win. And Optimus has healed from several blows that tore a portion of him apart thanks to the Matrix of Leadership. And he's always dodging lasers that go into space, too, so that's if the Gundam can hit him. Also, did you say RX-79? If that's not a typo, then it's not the version they're using. They're pitting the original against the original.
Thats why I said first that Optimus will win because he is a super robot. Its a typo sorry what I meant is RX-78-2. Optimus Prime is 11.6m and RX-78-2 is 18m. comparing their size doesn't mean much but what I will point out here is their weapon. Optimus Ion Blaster will be alot smaller comparing to RX-78-2 Beam Rifle meaning even with a single shot from a beam rifle will be devastating even for Optimus Prime. I was just so disappointing with the fight. Its a misinterpretation of what RX-78-2 can do. We can get to see an amazing fight between those two contenders instead we got this.
Optimus was randomly one-shotted a couple of times by things he really shouldn't have died to. There's a point where you just blame it on lazy writing and have to ignore it (like how Spiderman is randomly tagged by bullets that aren't even fired at him when he can dodge them at a point-blank range without the Spider Sense). I've seen five reaction videos and scrolled through the comments of the original videos many times, and you seem to be the only one who thinks that fight itself was disappointing. Everyone else said taht it was amazing. I, in particular, loved the way they displayed precognition. I hope they focus on entertainment slightly more than accuracy, anyway - if Carnage vs. Lucy was fought realistically, for example, the fight would be over in five seconds. Chad said so himself on Death Battle Cast. Same deal with Goku vs. Superman - Torrian said that if they were in a really battle to the death, Superman would just zap Goku's brain microscopically in the first nanosecond. But who wants to see that? Who wants to see Optimus torn in half fifteen seconds into the battle and still win, or to see him dodge every single blow the Gundam tries to land and just obliterate him? It's just no fun. You have a right to your opinion, but don't pretend that everyone else shares it.
I only commented here and also to the other one just to see what are their reactions to the fight. I just want to point some mistake SA made to the fight from a Gundam fan perspective.
Or they picked the one that was the most requested and made the most sense to fight Optimus thematically speaking, but whatever helps you sleep at night
