I worked my whole 17 years at Donovan, where you can get put in a wreck by incompetent supervisory staff any minute. That theme never changed throughout. Too many WTF moments to count. Too many lames promoted because they wanted the title but couldn't handle the job. I wouldn't recommend it to the feint of heart, but to each his own. Just know, you better get everything in writing, because the number one rule in CDCR is, if it isn't in writing the conversation never happened. CYA because the snakes bite.
