Agree with the last. That's my ultimate reflection. The saddest part is it's not non-believers making a stand against Joyce Pring but it's fellow Christians from different denominations using unkind and foul words just to prove their religion is correct. Sad.
God himself did say, “ As the world has hated me, so it will hate you.” The question is, will you still follow. God gives us multiple chances to accept His invitation. More than we deserve. The greatest invitation was His crucifixion. How many of us can die for those who revile us. I dare say not many. That speaks of a love so deep and profound I can’t even fathom the motivation of such a selfless act. Be humble my brothers and sisters and accept an invitation freely given and freely sacrificed for us.

Non-believers are easily offended that they're going to hell. If they're really a non-believer, then all they need to believe is that biblical truths are not their truths and just move on. Me, I don't get offended from others stand on their faith or religion.

What most of us don't get here is the real essence of Christianity which is Christ Himself. Christianity is not just a mere religion we pick among other options like a bachelor course, claming we are part of it like joining a club, no. It is accepting the obvious fact that we are sinners, and even the kindest people we know have sinned. Accepting the fact that before the Holy God, we are dirty because of our sins and are unable to save ourselves, because obviously we fall and fail because sin held us captive. Christianity is believing the truth that despite of our situation, the rightfully just and good God came up with an amazing plan to pay our sins through Christ dying on the cross for us. Knowing these truths, a person who truly took whole heartedly BELIEVE and accept the gift of salvation God offers will certainly follow Christ, sincerely repent of his/her sins, be forgiven and letting God sanctify him/her as he/she walk in his/her life with God. We can claim we are Christians yet still enjoys sinning which is entirely unfollowing Christ, guess what, in that way we are just deceiving ourselves. So, no. Christianity isn't just a religion to label a person with. Christianity is a personal relationship with God.

Truth is different from personal belief. Not because it is in the bible means it is the truth. In the topic of religion, nobody knows the truth because nobody really knows, none of us was there when this world was built. You may choose to believe in Jesus, Christianity but that is just your belief not necessarily what is true. What makes Christians better than Muslims, or those from other religions, or those without religion but certainly are good person?
Right! Thats also my concern about these self righteous christians who think they are the only ones who will save. Imagine, a very good muslim or bhuddist or jew, he never commited mortal sins, helps other people especially the poor, who has loved his neighbor will go to hell because it only happened that he was born to a non christian family???🤷 then a christian person who never really practice what jesus christ taught sbout loving your neighbor and also committed mortal sins, will go to heaven since he is a christian 🤦 also, other religions have concept of heaven and hell, it is not pwned by christianity 🤦

Sa panahon ngayon, karamihan ay wala talagang pakialam sa relihiyon. Sapat na raw sa kanila na may Diyos na silang madadalanginan sa panahon na silay nasa pangangailangan. What if you're a Christian and you're learning a lot about God but you don't have much questions in mind nor ask questions in church because you believe that there's a limitation to everything and that God in whole, His wisdom and prowess is just beyond human knowledge that you learned to just humble yourself and accept that fact. Hi @iishamouri! Not at all. In fact, if one has been learning a lot about God, then most likely, they have at some point already asked questions to themselves or to other people in some shape or form. And it is because of this, they have reached a point of contentment with their level of knowledge or an acceptance that they cannot know everything. That is an indication that they ARE curious and genuine in their faith journey. So now it is up to that person if they want to KEEP asking questions and grow more in understanding (whether it be next-level knowledge of biblical studies or theological topics, complex social issues, etc.) Personally, even though God is beyond total comprehension, I still believe that we will never run out of questions as long as we still have limited understanding and especially if we immerse ourselves in the study of the word. Also, kung mapapansin mo, yung 3 reasons sa video are for avoiding questions in general (both 'asking' questions and 'being asked' questions). So, not asking questions does not necessarily mean one is not equipped. But perhaps dahil hindi equipped ang isang tao, they avoid being asked questions. Kaya it's important for Christians to ask questions early on, para when they get the answers, they will be the best ones to answer those with the same curious and genuine questions. And then that person can do the same for other people. And, most importantly, throughout this cycle, there will be wonderful opportunities for people to be enlightened with the Gospel (which is the point of Reflection #3). What fact do you mean? Many can say it the fact but in reality its not the fact. It can be both, as you say you just accept the fact. You just accept things that other people feed you, without any challenge. As the bible say, challenge every spirit. And its On the side of not being equipped, it goes the same. Seek the truth. Its out there. We can know how we can relate to God, He is a Father.

I think you hit the proverbial "nails" on the head. I am familiar with Will Dasovich and his vlogs but, and I apologize, am not familiar with your channel or who Joyce Pring is. However, I am a Christian and understand where Ms. Pring is coming from. Will's questions, as part of his interview with her, are pertaining to her, her religion, and her beliefs. I think a lot of folks, specifically those who went straight into "judgement" mode, fail to understand and really consider is that she is speaking from her source of truth, which is her faith. While I won't fully understand where each and everyone of them are coming from, I can consider that they, themselves, won't understand where she is coming from, especially if they don't have the same belief as she does. And yes, the challenge for us Christians is really how to convey OUR truth which is what is in the Bible, without being offensive, condescending or judgmental. An interesting thing for me is, Christianity is only really discussed in two modes, the pro side being those who preach it, those who believe in it and those who want other people to understand what it is about. The other side being those who just want to debunk it. I have really yet to see or hear someone, who doesn't believe in the religion, discuss Christianity with an open mind. Ms. Pring presented herself and represented Christianity perfectly. Kudos!!!

One thing that I'm really curious about the believers is that, why are they so afraid of hell? Is it because they are afraid of pain? Of suffering? Of demons? The thing is, for me, your physical body allows you to feel pain and emotions. When you die, your biological senses would be gone. In short you won't feel anything. So do believers think they will feel and experience worse types of pain when they die? I just don't think that's how it works. Unless, when you die you wake up in a new biological body that has the same senses as we have.
The Bible says, in the final judgment, God will rise those people who are already dead ...their souls from heaven, as well as those who are in hell, will reunite with their physical bodies...those who didn't believe when they were still living will be cast in hell together with their body and soul for eternity...and those who believed in Jesus sacrificed will receive their gift of salvation together with their body and soul.

And it sucks that the top reason why followers do religious stuff is because they are afraid of hell. The consequences after death. While some are only afraid of it but not the consequences while they are still they still alive. Because for them they can just pray, ask for forgiveness, then they'll feel renewed. The problem with people today who continuously live in the indulgence of the flesh is they don't know who they are in Jesus...because religion always hounded them with perpetual guilt...always teaches them that the only thing to be right with God is to follow the commandments of the old covenant, especially the Big 10 moral commandments...and if they don't they are doomed...so what they would do instead, well the usual crap, "well I'm already doomed because I cannot follow God's commandments perfectly, so might as well do the usual crap that pleasures me"...When in fact no one can EVER be right with God following those commandments...because it is a perfect standard 613 commandments all or nothing proposition, you break one law you break all of it...
So if God will based his judgment on the commandments how many will enter heaven??BIG NO ONE...That is why Jesus came, he lives the perfect life, he fulfill the law, he offered himself for the remission of sin(Romans 6:23)...that anyone who wouldn't trust their own works but be humble and turn their gaze on Jesus sacrifice will live.

People who seek to self-qualify themselves seek religion, not God. When you seek God, you must seek God for who and what HE IS, and NOT for who and what HE IS NOT. Otherwise, you are seeking a god on your own terms, one you wish to find. An image of an idol.
Salvation is not some subjective human design that you can modify according to your personal convenience. It is God's framework by which you build your faith on. It's something you receive, not self-produce. You need to get to the source. 💬 You can't say you know God when you don't seek Him for who and what He is. And you're not seeking Him if it's yourself you're seeking in His place of authority or sovereignty. We are a work in progress, but we don't cancel God out in the process of finding our qualifications in His kingdom. 💬 He is the one who qualifies. He sets the criteria, not us. If you want to know your identity in Him, learn to accept that He first has His identity. You don't call the shots. God's grace entitled you to receive it, not to redesign it.
I randomly came across her content on Spotify searching for local Christian podcasts, medyo kinakabahan ako at the initial thought of where their discussion will lead to pero Joyce really handled it well, it was heartfelt, with grace and spirit-led, at the end of their discussion I'm one of those na suddenly i want to reach out to friends and share Jesus, and equip myself further na tulad sa kung pano nya nakausap si Wil and evangelized like it's your natural daily convo. I have a big insecurity with the way o speak and construction my words in fear of being taken out of context, but i'm slowly accepting that it will take a lot more prayer, meditation and soaking i suppose to truly understand how God can use me as one of his reps to share the gospel Thank you btw for making content for this! :)
Joyce didn't give justice to the loving & truthfull God. 1st. Why people will go to hell? 2nd. In reality, there are many people that never heard Jesus.. remember then people living in a remote islands in the years 30-34 AD. Somehow its shows that some Christians are living in there own bubble, not relating to reality.
That’s why discipling people in all nations is important. And many Christians are doing that. Me I started with my family and friends. Hopefully, it will pass through their fam and friends too. 2nd it is written in the Bible, I’m glad you have questions. But you can't apply that to people that doesn't know Jesus. E2 para sa atin, Hebrew 1:1-2. Sa ibang part nakipag usap si God sa ibang time & tao.. The Holy Bible is written by God inspired person there it speaks God’s Words, if you read and study the Bible you will find out it actually judges who you really are, it is only offensive to thos who dont seek God.
@Elmhart simple lang namn ang buhay ginagawa niong mahirap , dahil sa relihiyon minsan nagkakagulo tayo, importante gumawa tayo ng mabuti, nasa puso man natin ang diyos or wala , puro kayo base sa bible.
Hahaha so kung si Andrew Dahmer nakilala si Jesus sa loob ng kulungan tapos nag repent siya. Tapos yung mga napatay niya ay walang pagkakataon na makilala si Christ. So si Dahmer ay mapupunta sa langit at yung mga napatay niya ay nasa impyerno na?
@Elmhart patas ang Diyos sa lahat ng tao ay makakarinig ng kangyan gospel bago ang kanyang second coming sabi sa revelation...nasa tao nga lang kung tatanggapin o hindi
@Elmhart Oo si moses nga nakapatay din ng tao, c paul din persecutioner ng mga christians pero pinatawad sila dahil once ni reveal ng Diyos ang message niya sa kanila hindi na sila nag tigas tigasan at naniwala sila, marami kasi ngayon matigas ang ulo tulad ng mga pariseo nung panahon lagi nag mamarunong...
@Elmhart ayaw nila maniwala na madali lang ang requirements ng Diyos...maluwang ang gate ng salvation pero pinagsisiksikan parin ng mga tao na pumasok sa masikip...
@Elmhart noon takot talaga ko mamatay iniisip ko lagi may mga kasalanan pa akong di ko na coconfess yan kasi turo samin sa catholic church dapat kumpisal ka muna sa pari at mag dasal ng napaka haba habang novena...ngayon nalaman ko na ang totoo gusto ko rin maka encourage ng tao kaso pinag tatawanan lang mga sinasabi ko
kung nag repent talaga sya at kinilala nya si Jesus Bilang Lord and savior nya Ang sagot ko ay Yes .. walang malaki o maliit na kasalanan kay lord Makapatay o kumupit ka man o nag sinungaling sa mata ni lord Pantay pantay pareparehas lang na kasalanan yun Walang level 1 o level 3 na kasalanan pero once na totoong nag repent ka at ayun nga tinangap mo si jesus lahat ng kasalanan mo buburahin nya yun at bbigyan ng second chance na mamuhay ng matuwid .. At Yung mga napatay nya Tinatanong mo kung san napunta ? Di natin alam depende yun kung bago ba sila namatay tinangap nya si jesus at nag repent .. kaya po ikaw wag mona problemahin kung san sila napunta ang intindihin mo po yung sarile nyo at yung magging relasyon nyo kay jesus kase may mga bagay na dina saklaw ng utak natin pag inisip mo ng inisip magguluhan ka lang .. Basta Si Lord Patas sya ..
