And yes for clarification.... all the voices are mine above Bass (tim ROCKED the bass and his solo of course) he's the man... I'm in love w/ that dude.
peter you rock i love your covers. i have fallen asleep to misty moutain lately. not because its boring but because it relaxes me. (you have a good deep voice as well.....but ya no where near as deep as tims window raddler lol)
If dwarves and Gregorian monks took the stage and tried to cover this, they would walk off in surrender! These two are AMAZING together, but then Peter is amazing with EVERYONE he collaborates with. He also does wonderful original work. If you get the chance, check out Sleepwalking - a great video/song dealing with fading relationships. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Ih7Zh9YduRo.html
This song mesmerizes me eveytime I watch it. The scenery and their costumes make it feel more real. I love how their voices blended so well. They've done several songs together since doing this one, and every time it was absolutely perfect. Thank you!
Just saw Home Free live Saturday night....omg if you ever get a chance to see them, you need to... Tim's bass live is something that I can't describe! Love your reactions!!
Just so you know, this is one song on Peter's *Hobbit and Lord of the Rings album.* Just thought you should know. I'm really looking forward to Mayday too.
Tim and Peter also did a wonderful cover of Bridge Over Troubled Water if you'd like to check that out! Voiceplay also did their take on that song, would love to hear your thoughts on those
I knew you’d love it! It just has me mesmerised every time. If you look very closely when Tim does that last note, you can actually see the camera vibrating slightly 😱🤯😍🥰. I’d love to see you look at Story Time With Tim. It’s a segment HF had in their show at one point, always really funny, always true stories that have happened to them. My favourite is called Watch Me (whip/Nae Nae) and is on Heidi Rancour’s channel. My other favourite is called Home Free Vocal Band - Story Time With Tim and is on Kristine Turner’s channel. There is also one about the Westboro Baptist Church that is really funny as well. Love those guys. Home Free, that is. Not WBC. Kinda goes without saying that WBC are a bunch of d🤬cks. But yeah, Story Time With Tim is great fun to watch!
WolfsbaneHollow you mean where she’s going to meet them up in Alaska? I was just rewatching that one a couple of hours ago 😂. You can go round in circles for hours watching various Story Times, can’t you? So addictive!
Wow. It’s like Peter is the Elves of Lorian and Tim...well Tim is just the whole damn mine of Moria...dropping down to the depths so low it shakes the Balrog itself.
Now that You've heard Peter's higher stuff, he has a surprisingly fantastic Bass as well, which you can hear on Full display in his version of House of the Rising Sun, which is fantastic, highly recommend you check it out.
Peter has done A LOT of songs from LotR (and The Hobbit) like: I See Fire, The Last Goodbye, Song of the Lonely Mountain, Gollum's Song, May It Be, Into the West... I could go on. So it would be really cool if you could react to some of those songs, or maybe just one!
There guys are amazing together and I’m pretty sure Tim and Peter sing all the parts in this arrangement of this song since Peter doesn’t credit anyone else. I loved your reaction...you were so engrossed in the video and the music. I’m glad you enjoyed it.
Love that section from 3:42, sounds like you're in a massive cathedral with the best choir in the world which hits peak awesomeness at 4:40. Great reaction video, love your passion! You must be awesome with Peter himself commenting 👍
KILLER PERFORMANCE KILLER REACTION AND TOOK US TO HOBBIT CHURCH!!!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼😍🇱🇷✌🏽. Please react to ALL Peter & Tim performances; Bridge Over Troubled Water is as moving if not More!!!🔥👏🏼✌🏽
It's so good you can "feel it" can't you? I love this one. Tim's low notes always get me. It does sound like a choir in the background doesn't it, but it's all just the 2 of them and Peter layers the voices. Peter did a couple of videos with Home Free you should check out the one on Home Free's page (better video version) The video is called "19 You and Me". I loved the reaction. Thank you!
One of the coolest acapella pieces ever recorded *anywhere!!!* Big shout-out to Peter and Tim for making this masterpiece a reality (and yes, that was Peter doing all the high harmonies). Great reaction DGSS! I feel ya.😍🎵🎶🎵👍
I'm sooooo glad you finally got to this!!! You're right, their voices do blend perfectly. And Peter's arrangements - Yikes, he's amazing. And yes, those high notes were Peter.
I'd love to see you reacting to Peter hollens everybody's got somebody but me. I know it sounds like a downer, but I guarantee by the end, you will have danced along with it at least once.

You mentioned how beautiful the local is. It reminded me of another video that I'd like to request. 'Wayfaring Stranger - Epic Version!' by Chris Rupp and Simon Khorolskiy. (Simon Khorolskiy is a musical youtuber, he mostly does Christian music in Russian but worked with Chris Rupp on this classic song)
I've been sleeping on this song, OMG, that was effing fantastic. Time just has the look of the Mid-evil viking, scared me when he evil eyed the camera. You know you did a fantastic job when the Artist themselves are commenting on your Page!!
You truly are one of the best reactors on RU-vid and I experienced many beautiful things with you. Thank you! You truly deserve millions of subscribers...
Yea, these two are an awesome combo, and of course the costumes are always phenomenal. On the higher notes, I am actually not sure. I would still say probably Peter. He is a bit closer to being a tenor, so it's probably a little more comfortable for him, but Tim can get up there too. If you haven't done Mayday yet, it would be a good one to do next :)
I've read The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings several times and in the deepest recesses of my mind there couldn't be a better interpretation of this song. Well done by the artists and great heartfelt reaction. Peace ✌
@@deadgrlsuperstar Hi I am Scott how are you. Would you be interested an reacting to a funny scene called dumb and dumber lloyd's revenge. If so let me know and I will send the link.
Ok, so I'm 4 years late seeing your reaction to this one. I love this song. Peter and Tim did a great job on this one. Anyway, I keep coming back to your page to see your reactions. It is so much fun watching you react to music that touches you. It's like sharing the music with a friend.
Well, Ms Deadgrl, you certainly are expressive. I love your reactions. You have heart ❤️ and soul: such concentration and attention. I am watching someone enraptured with deep appreciation and, dare I say, love. I am now a fan.
I used to think nothing was hotter than Richard Armitage singing this! Oops, he’s gone down a smidge in my head! Edit, and for a deadgrl superstar, you sure cry a lot! Loved every minute!
I've been a subscriber to Peter Hollens for 3-4 years by now, and he's pretty damn good. Also check out his wife Evynne Hollens if you feel like it, she's also pretty good. You should react to more stuff from Peter Hollens. Like some of his disney stuff, I see Fire, Skyrim's Dovahkiin theme, Hallelujah with Jackie Evancho, or some of the stuff he's done with his wife, Evynne Hollens, For the Dancing and the Dreaming. Thanks for doing this and have a great day, you're awesome!
Ok, now do Peter Hollens and Avi Kaplan - Black is the color of my true love's hair. (I guarantee you'll love it just as much as this one, if not more.)
A list of VoicePlay songs you should react to at some point: White Christmas Chandelier Road Trip Talk dirty Can't Believe It The Sing-Off Tour presents: Don't featuring Street Corner Symphony
You should see Peter's colab song with Avi Kaplan. .....another multi-track masterpiece. (Black is the color of my true loves hair. In case you want to search for it)
I really need to make a recommendation for you. I truly believe that you would be awed and moved by ELAINE DURAN singing SOMEDAY. Elaine is probably the biggest winner in the Philippines's TNT contest and is amazing. I know you would love this song and her performance whether or not you ever react to it.
Please, react to three Argentinian bands: 1) Rata Blanca the song "La leyenda del hada y el mago"("The legend of the fairy and the magician")2) Soda Stereo the song "De musica ligera" ( Of light music)in live and 3) Indio Solari The song "Jijiji" in live Thank you!
