Sono italiano e Roberto Baggio, Paolo Maldini e Franco Baresi sono stati i giocatori che ho di più e per questo conosco bene la storia di Roberto Baggio. Roberto Baggio dopo l'infortunio che si fece ad appena 18 anni, nel quale si era rotto tutti i legamenti, crociato e menisco, contava 220 punti di sutura, con una cicatrice lunga 25 cm. Dato che parliamo degli anni 80, in quegli anni un infortunio del genere voleva dire smettere di giocare e difatti anche lui ci andò molto vicino del farlo. Per quell'infortunio Roberto Baggio dovette stare lontano dai campi di gioco quasi per un anno e mezzo e quando poi tornò a giocare, poi per una ricaduta altri sei mesi fuori. Per la gravità dell'infortunio che si fece, lo si capisce anche dal fatto che Roberto Baggio poi per tutta la sua carriera non sarebbe potuto mai più allenare con i macchinari e e avrebbe dovuto fare tutto manualmente. Tecnique was top level, a ball control that was unbelievable, an incredible ability if spinning with both feet , doing different kind of spinning. But the true magic was his mind. You could never guess what he was about to do, his mind was so fast that tou could not keep the pace. In fact he played a lot using pauses and anticipation, making everybody go off tempo. If tou watch his goals in Brescia..was crazy. He was old and both knees were destroyed, i was playng at phisical slow pace, with no strength, so most of his goals are 1 or 2 touches...but still he made the defenders look stupid...and i m talking about italian defenders, not defensless teddy bears...
