@@BryantBrothers-gm1qxand youre a casual fan and i dont mean that as an insult. its kinda like some people invest all of their emotions into a person --> it can be brutal but MAN its that much more rewarding, so rewarding that its impossible to put it into words really. plus i have a theory that everybody has something theyre extremely emotional about other than family and friends, but nothing in life is 100% obviously so idk you might be that much more invested only in close personal relationships (which aint always a good thing) oh and btw judging someone you dont know isnt exactly the greatest thing in the world🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

@ryanj3975 this is the first game he actually threw the ball down the field. Even though the one roll out was a wide open kettle bc of a blown coverage. He's a game manager and a game manager can't be a elite qb. He's the king of a 4 yard pass that's turns in to 50 because of his skill position players. If you can't see that then you should immediately stop watching football

Don't worry though, I'll educate you. Before last night, Purdy was number 2 in yards per attempt at 9.1 yds, just behind Tua. After last night, it's 9.3 yds. Yes, we do plenty of screens and what not and yes, our guys are the kings of YAC but he's always has been able to throw the ball down field and he does it very efficiently. We don't do long, 50 yd bombs like the Dolphins because for a few reasons. 1. We don't have a Hill or Waddle who are speed demons and 2. Shanahan's system is more about clock management than just scoring quickly. Get the first down and chew up the clock. Maybe spend a little more time looking at numbers and a little less time listening to Nick Wright's inane talking points.

Also the West Coast offense is known for short passes and gaining extra yards off YAK. If you didn’t know that, maybe YOU shouldn’t be watching football. Hate harder son.

I put 200 on the niners and I'm a cowboys fan. My brother is a huge niners fan and he said he was nervous. I told him I've never been more confident on a bet in my life. I figured they'd get beat, but this was a beat down. The niners are elite at rb, TE, OT is elite, DL is elite, Linebackers etc. etc. And it doesn't help that cowboys highest paid player is probably their weakest link. Disgusting to think that Purdy is making 870,000 compared to Dak's 40 million.

@@ryanj3975 yeah and look at his team. Stats are not good if you are not putting them in its proper context. Look at the salaries and talent around him. What team is as deep on both sides of the field as the niners and also having that level of a coach. He is a 10-15 qb with arguably the best supporting cast in the whole league while also having one of the best coaches as well
