She turn 15 in January, she was 12 when this was recorded. She’s not good...she is VERY good, she is insane.

Who can go from doing Lana and Adele, then move on to someone like Etta James, James Brown & a host of other excellent singers and out perform their originals? This girl is simply the most versatile singer of excellence that has ever graced this planet and this isn't hyperbole.........it's simply the truth !

Once Angelina covers someone's song it's not their song anymore....

I hope you take notice of the comments that her fans post,.So many reactors get het age wrong so so many times.Angelina was still 12 in this recording and as others have informed earlier she has only just turned 15. She is brilliant no matter what age but it's more mihd blowing if everyone new understands how young this musical genius actually is.

Adele, Amy Winehouse, etta James and other artists have been covered by Angelina - she does them all and adds flavour to their songs!

When a hit song is written for Angelina by her or another heads all over the world are going to explode....

Angelina is the most stunning young singer I know, AND she is a great composer as well. There are no limits for her indeed. I am always puzzled that she manages to tear me up again and again, even when I have seen this video 50 times...

She was 12 years old here! The wonderful Neumann microphone was a 12th birthday gift. She owns the pop filter and screen but rarely uses them and a pop filter is built into the mike. I know it is in her home studio since her RU-vid certificate is on the wall behind her. I can’t imagine anyone singing this song with more feeling than Angie.

Angelina sung like an adult as a child. She was able to hit the low notes that young girls shouldn't be able to. I think this voice maturity at a young age allowed her to make the transition to puberty and young teenager seamlessly. By the way, great value added reaction.

Great reaction to a vocal tour-de-force! Very informative. Yes, Lana Del Ray songs are "perfect" for Angelina. But since you've only looked at a few of her covers, you're possibly not fully aware of this, but so are songs by Etta James, Billie Holiday, Aretha Franklin, Gloria Gaynor, Adele, Amy Winehouse, Whitney Houston, Miley Cyrus, Nancy Sinatra, even Elvis, Gershwin, Frank Sinatra, and the Righteous Brothers, just to name some of the icons that AJ has stood toe-to-toe with. Her versatility is unmatched as is her ability to communicate emotionally to her audience. Yes, she is, by all indications, well looking after her vocal instrument. Her B&W version of "I Put a Spell on You" fashioned after "Screamin" Jay Hawkins is AJ in rare "Beast-mode" at 9yo and is shocking as is, in a different way, her 13yo treatment of Whitney's "I Have Nothing". Both are examples of her getting close to the limits on her voice at the time. Stay on the AJ train. You can't go wrong.

I genuinely think we are watching the development of one of the greatest vocalists of all time..what a privilege! This young lady is absolutely freaking AMAZING...and remembering that she was the winner of Norways Got Talent when she was 7yrs old and then seeing her on Americas Got Talent: The Champions at 13 yrs old and the beautiful performances that she gave on that show. I have listened to this many times, I have seen many reactions and comments: everyone is at a loss. We can’t describe. Superlatives don’t help. The only thing I can say is that I can’t stop listening and I love getting pulled into her world ❤️

Great reaction. Just for your info - Apart from being in an after school music academy as a child Angelina has never had a vocal coach but is self-taught. She has an incredible work ethic and sings for hours every day because she can't get enough of it. As she has said - "Singing for me is like breathing". If you want something recent and you haven't already heard it I suggest you listen to "If I Were a Man (Piano Diaries). Togy Gad asked here to sing it for his new album. IMO is this best thin g she has done to date.

You are right about their similarities, to an extent. You haven't come close to hearing enough different songs form Angelina Jordan to know how else she can sound; you should go down that road. There are another 130 songs from her on RU-vid to explore.

I really like your expert view. One thing l heard once is that she is an artist and is only limited by physiology. In other words she is waiting for her body to catch up with her artistic intent. I have paid close attention and l think like all great artists she continues to hone her craft.

I'm a little late commenting to this magnificent musical moment with Angelina Jordan. Btw, she was 12 in this video! I love watching her sing, but with this song, if you close your eyes and listen to her artistry, you begin to wonder could anyone else sing this song like her? Of course, the answer is no. Everything she sings is wonderful but this is one of those songs she sings which stands out as incredibly beautiful. I truly believe she is a musical genius. Her unique sound, her jazziness and her soulful voice is what makes her a one-of-a-kind singer. But, then you have to add in her interpretive understanding of lyrics. And, her story telling style which keeps you riveted to your seat, almost hypnotized as you listen to her sing. Amazing. And what is so evident is her love of music and the joy she has singing to the masses.

You are definitely a genuine reactor in all the best senses of the word :)! Thank you.

Not sure about your comparison--Angelina's voice has more nuance and much more depth than Lana's. She is one of those who improves almost everything she covers. What is even more impressive is that she has channeled Billie Holiday, Elvis, Screamin' Jay Hawkins, and Ella. Now THAT is insane.

I been a fan since Norway's got talent and call her my Favorite female singer of all time along with Dean Martin and Elvis she sings to my soul and makes me smile with my Heart ❤.

New intro music is not bad at all. This performance reminds me of Lorde. Lorde has similar vocal range and sultry sounds just like Lana 🤗. I notice Angelina performs bare footed very often. I wonder why? 🤔

OSN I am so very sorry for your loss. I highly recommend you react to Angelina's latest single, Million Miles, which she dedicated to anyone who has lost a loved one. The live in studio version I think you would enjoy the most. I enjoy listening to music but know very little about it. Since I have discovered Angelina, I have often checked out the artist she 'covers'. With the exception of Amy Winehouse (when she is at her best) I much prefer Angelina's version or sometimes call it a draw. For my ears, Angelina's voice is much richer, fuller, soulful and emotional than the other vocalists. This has held true throughout her career. Angelina is the only vocalist to make this 62 year old cry. She is a once in forever artist.

Vocal coaches claim, her voice will be growing ten more years (15 to 25). Now compare her AGTC performances to Million Miles, the difference is one year of voice development. Now multiply that delta by ten. And I'm fairly confident she doesn't even show her current max. She is holding BACK. BTW: better be selective which of your singer friends you show her stuff. We've seen two singing reactors spiralling into total devastation.They said watching this kid made them they feel the've wasted their life.

Someday she will, indeed, no longer be young, but I don't think she will ever not be beautiful.
