At this section of the concert, they showed a clock on the screen behind them that began to run backwards ... then they played 2-3 songs each from their earliest albums. Kind of a retrospective "look where we've come from" section. After that, they launched into a bunch of new material. It was very well done.

And "Freedom" is still by far their most played live song. Many people at the live stream would never have heard "Youth" before today. I'm so happy B-M played it :D

They didn't do the "gang" vocals. And the sound was thicker thanks to Miku actually playing instead of being a cute guitar stand.

At one point you can see Kanami shouting "Hey!" but I guess her mic wasn't on because you can't hear it.

A couple things I like about this version. As OSN put it, it is a bit grittier. Not as "polished" as the video, and I love it. You can also hear differences just with the different make/model of instruments being played. Not to mention Miku didn't even play in the original. That was a semi-expensive necklace she was wearing in the original LOL. Now she is rockin' her aces and eights and has her own Zemitis model. I guess that is my biggest take from this release, Like OSN said. How far they have come. Lord help us with where they are taking us! (Unseen world lol) What a ride.

I was really happy to see the captions ... and the fact they actually wrote a part for Miku. Miku could not play a note when the original video was recorded.

I watched this video a while earlier, and it seems to me like they are really missing the audience in front of them. They're not as energetic or as electrifying as on so many other live performances from their previous tours, that I've only seen here on RU-vid. They are one band that I would dearly love to see live though, along with Lovebites. A double bill of those two bands would be something else! :)

The song still rocks really well today and just invites you to move your head. And even though it may not really challenge the ladies, their faces tell me that they still have fun performing it, which I'm very glad about, because it does indeed sound even better and 'fuller' today. And if my information about the band history is halfway correct, we wouldn't be able to talk about these ladies in this constellation today without this song. For this reason alone, the song has a special or cult status for me. 【 'Our rock never dies, ever. Forever!' - Band-Maid 】 🕊️

I loved where you paused it on MISA. That made her as Majestic as Hell! I have a lot of favorite Band-Maid songs, but Thrill is special as it's the song the started my adddiction.

There are quite a few embellishments in the song. Slightly understated. You'd only pick them up if you listened to the original 50 times.

I think I'm in luv with the bass player. Yeah you could tell this was a walk in the park for them. If you stop your reaction at 8:05, you can see the guitarist giggling like a lil kid havin a blast. All I know is that the song was great from the get-go, i mean from the zero. BUT! now they have brought their 80-level progress and proved that the song was great back then ) LOL. I mean - its like - alright! now you all just see and hear how great this song is ) Its not just good looking doll-a-like japanese girls in a white studio with a produced sound acting. Its hard-rock kick ass players melting the crowd ) Good work! great vid! nice reaction! )

just a small detail : Miku's guitar playing is indeed much better than it was back then, though my guess is that it all resolves around the fact that *she didn't play guitar back then* ... like "at all". The guitar she had strapped on was really just for show, and it's painfully apparent in the old video. The fact that she even has a (gorgeous btw) signature Zematis guitar now tells you a lot about her progression :)

I tried the ketchup(ketchup with Tabasco) and mayonnaise and I really loved it so thanks. I saw the Maid Day live streaming and my most favorite song would maybe be Chemical Reaction :) I'm sorry to mention this but I guess they've done a lot of rehearsal before this live streaming and they were really tired. Whilst good to see a new THRILL, I was so disappointed 😢. I was really hoping to see a new revised version of this great song, I was hoping to see a wild base solo, a Ass tearing guitar solo, but we only got the original version, it could been so much more, especially with their refined talent over the years 🤔
