This is huge because this gives the Celtics a lot of rest. If they take care of this series, the opponent for the ECF will be tired to take on Cs. The same can be said about the NBA finals matchup.

As a Celtics fan, low key hoping the pacers win their series bc I honestly think they’ll be more of a challenge. If pacers win against the knicks, I expect Boston to win in 6 against the pacers. Knicks can give us a game 5 at best in their current condition

At least NBA players have to work for their money. Without the ‘load management’ ofcourse. The average NBA player makes like 5 million a year. 82 regular season games seems reasonable then, excluding the playoffs

@@keeganandersson4281 such much depends on maintaining great teams together and healthy, but the new salary cap rules are set up to undermine high cost excellent teams. that said, these guys are now in their prime, KP is here for 3 years, Jrue another 2 or 3, I know they must be working out a way to keep D. White, so this could be one of those GSW type runs (3 finals over 4 years?? or more??). first the guys need to win 5 to get back to the 2024 finals....
