In the first scene, where Hongjoong had the ears, the goal of the game is for the non-eared members to get the ears to move (the headband has sensors kind of like a lie detector, so the ears move when the person wearing them gets upset). Korean has formality levels, so you speak respectfully to people who are your elders and leaders. The instant the game started, the members tried to rile HJ up by speaking casually to him instead of formally (also called speaking down to him) which they did by adding ah to the end of his name, Hongjoong-ah. He managed to keep the ears pretty still, but he was like we're gonna discuss this later. In the scene with Hongjoong, Mingi, Seonghwa, and Yunho- Mingi and Yunho were asked during the live who was they're favorite older brother between HJ and SH. HJ said it was fine for them to answer (as in he wouldn't be angry if he wasn't picked) but he also made a comment about them having to come to his room later (in other words, they might want to pick him). When they put their heads down, MG and YH decided not to vote for either of them. As soon as they were done voting, HJ tried to back up the live a click to see who they voted for, but it didn't work. When Seonghwa saw MG and YH had said neither, HJ was like I'm fine as long as I didn't lose to Seonghwa.

Hongjoong is known as the dad and SeongHwa (the oldest among them all) is the mom. Did you notice when Hongjoong got whacked on the head with that inflatable sword, Seonghwa was the one who asked the others to stop hitting him. In one of the segments, they were undressing Hongjoong in the dance freezetag game (there's an actual subtitled video of the whole game on RU-vid). Someone took his jacket, someone took the socks off, and someone put glasses on him :D It seems like they were ganging up on him, especially the 99liners (Yunho, Yeosang, San, Mingi and WooYoung). Maknae Jongho is known as the matured one despite being the youngest in the group. There is a hilarious video on the KBS channel (which you might be blocked for if you put it up) which describes Hongjoong-Seonghwa (mom-dad) relationship with their 6 kids. The part where Yunho and Mingi needed to choose who's the best hyung (Hong joong or Seonghwa) is like choosing the best parent (Dad or mom) lol. So it ended up choosing neither of them hahaha. If I were them, I would do the same.

This one was so fun, its been said that whenever the members get sent to Hongjoong's room they always end up crying😂 but really it's so interesting to see their dynamic together. I also laugh at how different my biases are for different groups, like Hongjoong is my bias for Ateez. This strong fatherly type leader, and for another group like Bts my bias is jimin, one of the biggest trouble makers😂 it goes without saying that I love everyone though

This is such a good intro video for you to see, but as someone else mentioned, it's changed a lot. Hongjoong has said several times that he's become more chill with the members now that they know each other so much better. They DO know how to push his buttons, though, which is maybe half the fun in the whole thing. Something that I think will really warm your heart is the ATEEZ rolling papers (yeah, I know, but it's not about weed). The group has a couple of traditions, one of which is to write to their fellow members on that members' birthday. With Mingi back, they did them for all members this year, and they voice recorded their messages. During some of the birthday vlives they read/listen to them, and that's basically cry-worthy content, but I really think it says a lot about them and what they've experienced together. Also, they record messages to themselves on their group anniversary date, so there's one of those from October. It shows the year before, they make comments about the past year, then they record their message to themselves of a year away. Both are short things, so you'd want to combine them into a longer video, maybe? I'm glad you're still loving the ATEEZ content. I'm enjoying watching it with you. And when you're ready for longer-form variety, the video of Hongjoong in the car is from their pre-debut series as KQ Fellaz when they went to LA to train. So, one thing I want to correct is that the word "Hyung" is a term used from males to older males. Hongjoong and Seonghwa are both the same age so Hongjoong doesn't have an actual hyung in ATEEZ. The younger members are his dongsaengs. I'm here for you watching endless hours of ATEEZ crack content. I think my fav is the Gayteez videos because they really showcase how close the members are with each other and how adorable their friendships really are. There's also the "funniest things ATEEZ has ever done" or "things that ATEEZ say that seems like fake subs but aren't"which is hilarious too.
