More Me First! They’re an all star punk cover band and all of their albums have a theme: this album included all songs which were based on pop female/diva artists (Paul Abdul, Cher, Celine Dion, etc).

Was gonna comment this. Of you look at the tablet of the album covers you'll see there is a them consistent with the title and album art. Op rightly saw that the album cover was getting to recreate the feeling of diva songs. Fuckin love the Gimme Gimme's

It's a Paula Abdul song originally, these guys have so many great covers, all members are in other punk bands as well but they just do this for fun I think. Thanks Dave.

Me First & the Gimme Gimmes: -Hello (Lionel Richie) , End Of The Road (Boyz II Men), I Believe I Can Fly (R Kelly) / REALLY anything off of the ‘Take a Break’ album is great. -I Will Survive (Gloria Gaynor) -Don’t Let The Sun Go Down On Me (Elton John & George Michael) -Jolene (Dolly Parton) -The album ‘Love Their Country’ is a great album for a list of some classic country songs to react to (whether the originals OR Me First’s covers)

I love Me First and when I was a little kid I loved the original of this.. Id sit by my stereo with my fingers on "play and pause" so I could record it and listen any time I wanted...this and an old George Michael song. I just needed to be able to listen to them on demand.

Me First and the Gimmee Gimmees bill themselves as the best cover band in the world. All they do is covers. They are made up of members of other punk bands who are just having fun. If they have original material they use it with their original punk band.
