stanning taeyeon is a wild ride in and of itself... she can be super random one moment, super serious the next, then be the biggest dork ever, then kill all of us with her voice... u just never know what you'll get but it's always a fun ride! This is my favorite thing abt SNSD, they all have unique and strong personalities, but they learned to co-exist in a way that they respect each others little quircks and encourage each other. You'll just fall further in love with them with these kinds of videos

They all had personal ambitions--and I've yet to find ANY instance where any one of them said they specifically wanted to be in a 'girl-group', yet they became the model of cooperation and mutual support when the track-record of girl group longevity (of groups half their number) was miserable, and became the not only the most successful girl group, but simply the most successful of any and all K-Pop groups, not to mention their various individual successes as DJ's, actresses, MC's, cultural diplomats, models, comedians, and overall icons of hard work, teamwork and generosity of spirit and action.
I always tear up at the Christmas tree moment. Her and Jonghyun were such good friends, she often said how they were both so alike in so many ways. Thanks Kaia for reacting to this, I love watching people get to know the “real” Taeyeon outside of the stage. Taeyeon is love. She's caring, dorky, warmhearted and has an infectious laugh. But she also has her worries and her imperfections and her thoughts are deep. The more you learn about her, the more you find out how relatable and down to earth she is and the closer to zero your chances of falling out of love is! There is no exit! Taeyeon had suffered from depression, too much pressure keeping up with fame, spotlight and unecessary hate.Its soooo nice to see her got healed and a lot better especially this year.Enjoying her life and dreaming of her future, I would like to believe she is healed

The fans are saying "Iiyak na yan" which translates in english as "You're about to cry/ Cry now". It was an expression or way of teasing for someone who are touched/impress by meaningful events.
Hai kaia..tq for reacting to this..taeyeon is my spirit person!i i admire n respect her so so so much..even in her outgoing n bubble personality with her fans n members in the screen actually she had been through so much in the pass few years..she is indeed the most strong woman i ever knew..i still remember that times when she mostly got all the blames when jessica situation happened just bcoz of she is the leader of the group n many people acaused her not protect jessica or she kick her out from the group..n when her dating news comeout she also got the most backlash, dead threat n cursed alot even her family got that too just bcoz of her age is more older then the boy, n his fan think that the dating news will ruin his career coz he and his group is a rising popular rookie at that time n they blame taeyeon for that..n at the same time she also had been so struggle with her deppresion too,she mention many times in the broadcast but the audiences n mc just tease n laugh it off, she even once said that in one show that she had share it with her senior colleagues but them respond her with "U are Girls Generation!!" feels like she is on the top so she doesn't have to feel that way!..so she think that even she share it to anyone nothings will understand her so she likes to keep it herself..n it also because her personality too that she nore prefer to keep it herself n doesnt want to burden everyone that she loves..n then after few years everything happen she got a big news like a slap at the face when her close friend late jonghyun passed away that year from suicide..he also had a battle with deppression too..it happen continuesly after that with her other two friends with the same battle too..so she lost 3 close friends in only 2 years span along this all happen..thats why when this news blow out everyone wants to protect her coz they knew that taeyeon is one of them toi n she need many support n loves alot that time.. after that in2020 when she wants to celebrate her birthday that year along with her release single comback 'happy' but unfortunately at the same day too her father passed away from heart attack..now, u tell me how can u handle this all when that happen to anyone in your birthday??how deep hurt she feels when this happen..i cant imagine if it in my place..my father died on my special happy day?😥😩 and add to that after months from that sad news her grandma also pass away from covid..ughhh😭..my poor baby taenggo😩😢how can she manage to handle everything alone?!she indeed a very special person to me in my all entire life😇😢i love u taenggo! There's plenty of politics in K-Pop. World Politics is 'macro' politics, but fundamentally politics can arise with just three people. Also politics and economics are significantly related. "Into The New OWrld" became a political -movement anthem, not just in Korea, but in Thailand and elsewhere in SE Asia. SNSD quantifiably helped South Korea's international political and economic ambitions in the .2010's, and it's notable that Seohyun functioned as Korea's cultural ambassador as MC and performer during the 2018 Pyongyang 'Spring is Coming' cultural exchange concert. Politics isn't abstract, statistical, theoretical, thought it is often taught that way, as an objective 'science' ( it isn't a science). Without killing the joy you experience from the very wonderful Taeyeon, perhaps take a look at her as a politician, appealing to a crowd, gaining their support. Look at her work ethic, and consider whose interests she is serving---her own? Her constituents? Both? Compare her position and actions as SNSD's leader, to that of a political party leader; Does she 'rule' or does she co-operate? Has her fame and influence changed how she behaves towards people, or not? I assume you are interested in world politics, but with a little 'lateral thinking', you can justifiably relate your serious studies to Taeyeon, SNSD and K-pop. Doing so might liven up your world politics studies( and hopefully won't diminish your appreciation of Taeyeon et al. ) Just a suggestion. For myself.. Taeyeon and SNSD are my escape from politics--- so I'm not criticizing or lecturing, it;s just that I've found Taeyeon and the other SNSD members fascinating and enjoyable not just because of their obvious talents and gifts, but because of how they've and handled so many political pressures, as "The Nation's Girl Group" and within the K-pop industry, without being corrupted.

Recommend a video called "SNSD Taeyeon's Idol story 2014 - 2021", it's so sad what she's been through 😔 I hope more people are aware of why she changed within those years and about her depression. Her one comment hit me hard, she said "I want to hang out with others, I don't like being alone, but I want to be alone". Her journey hasn't been easy, one of the roughest journeys of any idols, and probably the worst of any active idols. Even before those years her and her group endured some rough moments due to rival fans.
