I always get tickled when you do the drives because you look very serious. Then there's the occasional grin when you rev and get reactions. I saw a post on DerekBaronProduction's page from you the other day. I'm subscribed to you both. I recently had a Borla catback exhaust installed on my wife's '09 Pontiac G8 GT. She was pissed at first to say the least. Now that she's had a few people ask her to give it a rev in parking lots etc. she secretly likes it.

Reminds me of a domestic car. My brother's camaro does the same thing, and it's OK, his car is awesome, but I prefer a much more crisp downshift in my mustang.

Mine has the same cam but it sounds crisp and deep especially on downshifts. It's truly intoxicating. I'm not a fan of the popping sounds but hey, everyone is different. I know 2jz, civic guys and the jdm crowd love popping sounds. My tuner also said it doesn't help performance. Andrew Cammer from GPI doesn't recommend the pops so that alone is enough for me.

Nice! Such cruising always makes good mood:-) And your car looks and sounds great. We took our Challenger out on Saturday (just a little V6 GT AWD - but I am a silly European, so even 3.6 L V6 is still a "big" engine for me) and when stopping on lights I saw children in the car in front of us taking pictures on their phones. It's really nice when one sees the other people smiling together with the crew inside. Greetings from mid Europe!

How did you get your car to pop and backfire so loudly? I heard another newer Camaro pop like that after letting off the throttle the other day and it was awesome. Is that a tune you have or just what it does after the cam install?

It depends on your exhaust set up and what cam you want and you can tell your tuner to put a burble tube on your car if you want the car to only pop when you let off the gas or add a 2 step box. The cam can let your car pop a lot more but it’s about your catback as well

Burble tunes. Some decal pops are natural but BMW’s especially gave insanely excessive and obnoxious burble tunes.

Definitely clean and loud, I love it. My brother had a 4th gen lsx twin turbo swap. He took it downtown and ended up getting arrested for setting off car alarms for how loud it was 😂
