"Video does it no justice, It's way bigger in person." "It's huge." Just some of the quotes that gives Kyles ego a moon tune. 😂 Fkin love it, I could've watched over an hour of these reactions easily.
She wasn’t even really paying attention because who responds with a why girl just look it’s a damn mini van that’s why the built ass engine cost more than the car itself
Yeah I think it's sad how a lot of people don't even bother trying to understand or show interest to their SO's hobbies. Made me happy everytime I saw a girl that reacted or seemed like she actually understood what was happening. But I'm sure all those girls who are there and act like they're being dragged around will trow a hissy fit when their bf doesn't get involved in their hobbies.
" your are getting them kids to soccer practice on time. You be 5 min early even after leaving late" " your ice cream is never melted" " ( points at turbo ) haha here's a clue it might dust your ass" . some of my favorite quotes so far from watching.
I was impressed at how many people knew of you boosted boiz in Florida...even though you have your channel when I started watching all of you colorado boys you were a big part of the boosted boiz
Well to be quite honest if I didn't know the flow of those K series and the spooliness of those new gen garretts I'd also say it's dumb, because this goes against every thing you know, in theory a 2.0 with such a big turbo should literally start spooling at 8k rpm, even on LS single turbo setups most people don't use such a big turbo. My first thought when they were first building this van is "that thing will never even start spooling", I've seen similar turbos running on engines twice the size and you literally could see the turbo impeller not even spinning unless you got the engine to 3k rpm... So his reaction is understanble if you're not a honda guy and don't know the magic of gen 2 garrett's, you'd think this thing would make like 5 psi at 9k rpm. Like not long ago I was at a tuner here in belgium (Jimmy+/Jimmysupra) and he has a 1600HP Supra (if yall don't believe just google it, plenty of videos) that runs a turbo that I'd say is about the same size at this one, and it STARTS spooling at 5k, it reaches max boost at redline, and probably would keep going if redline was further, meaning it doesn't even spool fully on a 3L, but it is an older gen Garrett, so that explains it.
My guess is he's either seen the taillights of that van a few times, or he's just mad as fuck cause the thing hooks like a mofo on straight tarmac while his sorry ass car spins for days
This is the zosh I started watching the straight up version , I stopped watching cause he tries so hard to be funny that it's not (imo) watching him in this makes me wanna go watch him again
So I've been watching the bb for years now but when I read your comment I thought you were mistaken but then I looked it up and that's a video I've never seen lol I've went back and watched most of the ones before I started watching every upload. It's a nice surprise to find one I haven't seen!
You should see Robot Cantina, putting unreasonably small engines in cars is kinda his thing. He got a Honda Insight to do 50 mph with a Predator 212 from Harbor Freight and he has a Saturn that he put a Kubota 3 cylinder diesel in.
Dude... did yall see Wyatt's video of the diesel that legit blew up on the dyno & threw pistons into the stands?! That shit was wild. The dude at the end holding up the piston w his multi-tool & everyone cheering is gold lmao
Todd and the guys at pdd were shooting for 3000hp on a backup engine. Day before the main engine tuliped the valves. Pretty wild seeing it hit 240lbs of boost
@@Pan_Gotti well that explains the sheer violence that the motor exploded with. That is unreal & honestly beyond anything I can imagine. Were they doing it for a drag truck or a pull truck? or were they doing it just to do it?
@@von... "the godfather" is the name of the truck and it's more Todd's personal race truck/shop showcase truck than anything. They have whole axle swaps for doing sled pull and drag racing etc.
Yeah, I liked that reaction. You can tell she's actually into cars and not just there to hang out (which is cool too, props to all the women out there who are willing to humor their guy's hobbies.)
I discovered the BoostedBoiz youtube channel when I first started getting into cars. My dad was a car salesman for honda for years, and purchased a brand new 2001 prelude type-sh off the lot... i was 5 at the time. He kept it mostly stock, 2-inch drop, chrome rims and window tint... With 2 Recaro car seats for my sister and me in the back seats. Our favorite thing was "driving fast with the windows down". He was always telling me about the technology the car had... The ATTS, the sound system and how it listened to itself and automatically tried to tune out any distortion, even just explaining to me how a clutch worked... It became my dream car and I began looking at every picture and forum available. Eventually, I learned about the H22 (pushing around 200HP in a 4 banger? Insane. Even my friends made fun of me for how much i liked the preludes... one time my friend that was into mustangs asked "how much horsepower do they even make?" And i was like "depending on the model, like 190-220" and he was like "well shit... thats actually kind of a lot"). anyways since there wasn't really any videos about preludes, i looked up videos in H22s. Ended up finding Kyles youtube channel because he was workin on the H22 swapped hatch. I've watched every single upload since that day. Had like 10k subs? Maybe? So to see him go from cutting up geo metro's and seeing how high they can launch it off a dirt jump, wago drifting in the snow, finishing welding school... to now having the (almost) fastest mr2 in the world, probably the bigges turbo in an odyssey ever, moving into his own place with his own shop... it's just awesome. I've learned so much watching, about cars and friendship. Making sacrifices and overcoming challenges even if it seems too difficult. I know Kyle probably won't even see this, but if you do, i just want to say thank you. You've been the only consistent thing that keeps me motivated. And I appreciate everything you do. Thank you.
Keep doing the MR2 but I still think Kyle sleeping on this van build. Still think it would be the best race week vehicle and make all the people at race week really think about their "race cars".
there needs to be more of these types of videos. it was really refreshing to see everyone having such a good time at the show and reacting to the mini van.
Coming from Canada this is heartwarming, people seem to enjoy themself and be nice all around :D we all here for 1 life, lets make it a good one for everyone ! :D we all a big family!
Yup, I'm from toronto.. its nice to see ppl being able to live freely and make thier own choices on if they wanna go be out around others or not... loved to see how happy everyone was enjoying themselves
That big ass Garrett Turbo LOL!! You need to get that thing gold plated so it stands right out and go to more car shows LOL!! That thing was the star of the show no doubt about it.
this is proof of how diverse and kool the car/truck culture is...young old men and women all love this shit ....makes me hella happy to witness all the reactions
I would say even though it is not a "show car", it was the most looked at and talked about. It is like when I took my 1969 dodge travco motor home to a car show. Most people was wanting to look inside and loved it.
"It's a lot bigger in person than in your videos" "Yeah, that's what they all say." *Smirks*. Kyles bout to go home and make an only fans for the Rowdyssey
