Glad you fixed the gutter issue. It was an honest mistake. Plant Banana trees. They are excellent food for you and the chickens. They are good shade too. You can buy downspout extenders which roll up to the downspout and then extend out when water flows through them. They work well and take gutter water a few meters further away from the building. Enjoy your winter! 👍👍👍

Que pases un buen domingo, Diego. Esa puerta corredera ha marcado la diferencia. La casa parece mucho más grande ahora. Quizá piense en integrar más las habitaciones, eliminando algunas puertas e incluso paredes interiores, lo que era imposible antes de esta puerta. La idea de una terraza o balcón frente a esa puerta es perfecta, con una cocina gourmet si no la haces frente a la casa, si me permites la sugerencia. ¿Qué piensan hacer en el espacio temporal de la cocina una vez que la permanente esté lista? Keep all that carboard for your plant growing area just rake ground flat cover it with carboard this kills weeds and weed seeds will rot make small holes and plant strong plants into each hole all the Brassicas should over winter for you .Good luck love the videos.

nice progress. I really recommend that you stop the rain warer to wetting the corner of your house seen at 23:50 minutes by attaching a pipe. The wall is already green from the constand moisture. Nit a good sign. You should fix this pretty quickly.

Spraying non-expanding foam to any gap touching the outside will prevent moisture from entering your interior insulation. Otherwise you will begin to smell a musty odor.
