OooOoOo these animations are nice. The clarity of Insurgency and the urgency of mw19 results in nice animations. Edit: The sound design is bloody excellent too, it gives the animations additional impact and sells the guns as actual guns, unlike a certain cod **cough** vanguard **cough** .

@@c-man9441 2021-2018 equals 3. Not to mention they're a really big team funded by one of the richest publishers in the world. They also took out single player mode, they said they were ahead of their schedule and reload animations aren't even the biggest problem. The game is an unfinished mess. The awful frostbite engine also causes a ton of bugs, due to it being hard to work on, the strong side of the frostbite engine is the graphics and bf2042 lags behind battlefield 1, which released 6 years ago. So yeah. I was actually hyped for 2042, a real disappointment, well at least bf4 and 1 is being played instead of 2042, that saved me money.
Can’t believe how good this game looks after like a year of more development after the build last year, the ones given to creators for testing like TheRussianBadger
I want to point out flaws here 1) rifles got stock but it moves like the stock no-clips on the shoulders 2) the fingers kinda just clips through the guns a lot when pressing and the point of the finger doesn't keep pressed on the gun 3) this in't a flaw but the gloves look smooth as hell llikteheres no feeling of texture
@@maboilaurence8227 wondering, if you've got a gun like an assault rifle, how do you see the rest of your rounds if you can only see the top? does it tell you or do you just have to guess?
@@verkcuos The HUD shows an icon of all your mags, which are white colored or empty depending on how many rounds are still in them. There's no way to know the exact number, so you still need to be careful.
@@verkcuos IRL you can usually tell by the weight of the mag, EFT does a good job by giving you an estimate of the rounds left and for certain magazine types it's easier to discern due to the mag having a clear slot area with markings.

Ignore them, they can keep being in denial the fact that MW isn't really realistic. Enjoy what you love without getting irritated, as some wise person once said; "Arguing with a smart person is tough, but arguing with Idiots is impossible."
This game is amazing. I bought four of my friends it on Steam so we could all play. Highly recommended. Only downside is that you can’t test the wine on the Vineyard map
I absolutely love the animations in this game. They don’t have the Parkinson’s feel to them like any other post MW2019 game does, the motion is so fluid and satisfying, this IS the best FPS animation
I actually like this. It's similar to MW19 and Insurgency and that's a good thing. It feels fluid and while fast, it's certainly not stiff. I am really interested in seeing what other guns they may add to this game and how it all will look when the game is finished.
I feel to say it reminds us of another game is kind of unfair to the devs. Games like mw19 and insurgency just did a good job of replicating real life reloads, and so did this game.
if you pay attention to the reloads, they keep the weapon pointed forward, in a (somewhat) safe direction while reloading cool detail that not many other games have
It kind of hurts that almost all of the reloads involve tacticality and bolt release buttons, but they got the sound of the bolt release correct so no issue there.
3:42 No way, i was taught by rainbow six siege that you have to put down your entire shield and expose your whole body to the terrorists and flanking when reloading a pistol whilst holding a shield
I feel like Ready or Not is the kind of game where devs can get away with cheating out on reload animations, so seeing them actually putting time and effort into the reloads makes me so happy.
Definitely, right now sandstorm have better animations. Today all realistic games must have arcade fast reloads, less than 3 seconds and magic magazines that are flowing in your vest
Jaa I know what you mean. I saw too elites shooters In internet and they are very fast, it's and I know it's OK. It's for me only that I miss when you are a simple soldier, or a normal soldier when you play. I don't care, I'm use full to see it in very games. It's only a personal opinion. For me I like more Red orchestra, rising storm, insurgency sandstorm, squad style reloading sistem that others. But it's only an personal opinion
What the hell is wrong with head in this game, why are you bobbling around so much? I hope it's not for immersion because your brain stabilizes your view, making it look smooth. In fact, this just proves why our brain works that way, because this game makes me want to puke.
For an indie game, this is pretty neat. The only thing I dislike is the aggressive reloads inspiration from MW19, they're not bad, but it's starting to get tiring to see them everywhere
What, a realistic game where you don't have to take an hour to reload your gun? Shocking! I swear, reloads in games like Squad make me crazy, you guy stares at the chamber of his gun and his magazine like he's chilling on the range while there is a enemy 20 meters from him.
I’ve shot several of these firearms and I was surprised how little I liked the USP, with its double stacked .45 it’s a very chunky gun to hold, but I do have small hands

Well, I bought insurgency not too long ago and it is honestly a much better replacement to siege. So I will buy this game for my Christmas list for my CQC combat.
At 2:00 if you look closely you can see the player misses the mag a little before putting it in, awesome attention to detail, mw did the same with some of their reloads, good shit
I think it’s time we stop comparing to MW2019 because probably all the game released after 2019 will be expected to have standards as high as MW2019 lmao
@@liminalb1rds158 but tbh MW2019 set the bar and influenced alot of great FPS games like Ready Or Not, and MW2019 may be inspired before from Killing Floor 2's animations but MW2019 is just the golden standard for quality gun animations
not sure about this game but in a game called deadline (heavily inspired by this type of game), holding reload tells you how many rounds you have left, tapping the reload changes the mag and double tapping is an emergency reload (where you don't retain the mag). probably works very similarly here.
If you hit reload you put a new mag in regardless if it's full. The mag check doesn't happen unless you hold reload button, which is a conscious decision.
Holy shit, one thing that I like to see are the Reload Animations for different FPS games and wow, these are some sexy animations! Remind me of MW2019, not as good as the CoD ones but definitely the animator(s) did an outstanding job, take notes Battlefield
THIS is one of the few games that are actually accurate with reloads, it is faster to reload something that is empty compared to something that is partially spent. Apart from shotguns and snipers
@@oksomynameisjeff4212 At the moment, the servers are broken. We all get kicked out of the game and back into the launcher. There's launcher queues now. Server issues are really common atm.
@@mtf-alpha-1 the grip used on the weapons is wrong. its a grip that would be used only by someone that doesn't know weapons at all. especially the pistol one.
