A bank suspected of being linked to Cartel operations in Los Suenos has triggered it's silent alarm.
Two phone calls where recieved by dispatch since the alarm went out.
The reports of the calls suggests that a heavily armed group of men speaking russian may have breached the lower levels of the bank through a nearby sewer system.
