That's why I take this path. After the first few doors the angles this route has I feel you can shoot them easier if they spawn on doors in your path plus a good chunk of them will face you this way. There was one by balcony so the rest were in spots I don't need to be at.
Because there's no movement speed difference between heavy or light. You move the same max speed regardless of what you have on. It's acceleration that changes but that's due to the type of plates or material you use. For example Heavy Armor with ceramic only front plate is the same as Light Armor ceramic front plate only. Its the same acceleration. The more coverage you add the slower your acceleration. Steel is the slowest for acceleration and the more you add the worse. The other reason why I run heavy is because running front only ceramic is the fastest for the protection it has. It also puts Kevlar on my sides and back which is good against pistols and such. Not good for rifles unless I'm only getting hit from the front but again it's for the least amount of acceleration penalty to my movement. If I need the extra 2 slots I'll run light. But if not then it's heavy armor.
