I can't believe how long the grains of rice were in that first curry. I thought they were cut noodles at first! I guess the "long grain" rice we have in the UK is the leftovers for export? Also love the "Engrish" on the Salted Egg Prawn's I am glad the flavour is "enhanved"

The crawfish looked delicious! In the states, we have crawfish boils during the Spring season. Cooked with crawfish seasoning, red potatoes, corn, sausage, and the juice of oranges.
