I passed my California Real Estate license yesterday. My first try. Thank you prep agent for your videos and prep exams. I took a crash course before the exam but I don’t feel it helped me as much as prep agent did. Thanks again

I feel he memorized the answers, because he still did not understand the question. So some of the questions were not explained, like I thought they would be. I still love the videos. Thank you Joe

Actually he’s doing excellent he’s learning how to take the test understanding that most of the questions are vague and trying to trip you up. He understand the concepts quite well!

I just passed in California!!! Thank you. The questions seemed super difficult until I reviewed my answers and I was confident in almost all of them. For the majority of the rest of them I felt confident enough with my educated guess.

Subordination Clause gives priority to the Primary mortgage. Junior loans are subordinate You said the opposite you said the second loan has priority. I think the question was wrong. It’s in the beginning.

Gotta say, iv taken the exam 2x, mostly bc I never learned the math well, only failed by a a few points each time , aside from that tho, none of the questions in any of the he videos of this channel have come up or have been helpful, iv had nothing similar to these questions and most of the time it’s not simple one sentence questions, usually it’s a mini paragraph, I’m from nj, fyi
