Joe, I want to thank you and Stu. I listened to your vids and after 10 times I passed. I'm now waiting on my license to be issued. I so joined exp. Let's goooo.
@@tmichele8922 2 is nothing. Keep an eye on your scores. If they go up you are getting better. Each time you go in, remember 3 to 4 questions from the test. Find them later and answer them. Your score will get better. I was only 1- 2 points away. I knew I had it. Kept going and got it. You got this.
I just want to say I passed my CA Real Estate Exam yesterday first try I was nervous. I did PrepAgent’s questions everyday, practice doing 150 questions and kept a 3 hour time limit on myself this is helpful especially if you’re the type that gets anxiety when doing timed tests. And I reviewed flash cards everyday, and I subbed to the daily email question too. The format on prep agent is about the same as the exam. And I won’t lie a few questions was worded similarly to the exam. So keep doing the master exams. I also listened to his crash course on RU-vid on my way to my exam too. Just continue studying hard, understand the material and do all the tests provided until you get 80-90% and you’ll be fine! Good luck everyone! 💪🏽
Thank you sooo much Joe! The Prep Agent videos and seminars are AWESOME!!! Everything you prepare us for was in the exam, including the vocabulary words. You are super helpful and You make the videos and webinars so memorable! I was listening to one of your webinars on my way to take the exam. I did everything you instructed including the 5 words every morning. I got plenty of rest the night before and dressed comfortably. I ate a nice salad with spinach, carrots, tomatoes, and sliced chicken plus a lentil, kale, and coconut soup. I snacked on melon and cantaloupe on my almost 2 hour drive from Toluca Lake to La Palma. The acronyms you teach are the best! The one thing I was not prepared for was how wordy the questions and answers were. Soooo many unnecessary words to confuse and force the examinee to read everything. What a waste of time. But I kept my cool. So please mention this to other members. It is important to have a clear understanding of the listing process, appraisal process, lending process, mortgages, practices and principles and legalese. There were no math problems that required me to use the calculator that had been provided. The first 3 questions were completely random having nothing to do with anything I had read or heard or abput real estate. ..it threw me off and I started to panic. I even checked to make sure I was taking the correct exam... but then after those questions I began to see the light. I looked at the time and paced myself. I had 3 hour and 150 questions, so 50 questions per hour. Completely doable.👌 A question that threw me off was: "How many feet are in a mile." I had no idea but remembered my GPS informing me when I was 1,000 feet from an exit. I calculated and thankfully had it right! There were a few questions about the transfer disclosure statement. I completed the exam with 2 minutes left. I scrolled back to look at some questions I had noted and ended up changing one of the answers and then system shut me out.. The attendant handed me a stapled paper with the results and instructed me to not open it up to read results until after I was outside the building. I PASSED!!!!! Yessss!!!!! Thanks again! 😊👌
I just passed the exam today! Thank you Joe and Prep Agent! I was still listening to Joe's videos driving to my exam site and learned something that came up on the exam. So excited to start my new career thank you Joe!
This Monday I took my school tests and passed! Decided to take the state test on Wednesday and I passed!!! Your videos were such a big part of my study material. You are so right about the vocabulary. If you know the meaning of the words it makes it sooo much easier to understand. Thank you for all the help.
Great webinar Joe and I commend you for sharing what you did at the end. You're a brave soul and your selflessness doesn't go unnoticed. Continue to be great my man! 💪🏽🏁

Hi Joe, just wanted to thank you for all your videos. Just passed my Florida exam this morning and watching your videos played a big part of that. So thanks and keep up the great work you and your team are doing.
@@yinet4995 Got done with the class back in December, but couldn't find an exam spot until April 20th. Started reviewing 2 weeks before the state exam. Just focused on things that I didn't remember, reviewed all the vocabulary words and mathematical formulas. Knowing the math formulas is a must if you wanna have a greater chance at passing.
I passed my real estate exam 4 years ago mostly because of your videos, now I do have continuing education final test I wish you could make some videos for this particular final tests. Thanks again for your wonderful and helpful videos.

Hi, my Real Estate Exam is this month. And I have some questions that I don’t know the answers to. I’d appreciate if you could tell me which is the correct answer. 1. Disintermediation seriously affected? a) Savings associations. b) The Fed. c) Pension funds. d) Private lenders.
