We just took possession of a condo in that Gated community they showed at the 4:00 mark. It's beautiful in there and we've been to a couple of the restaurants and wine bar. Looking forward to spending time there and offering it to others to enjoy as well. It truly is a magical place.

You Should point out the fact that the beauty of the riviera Maya comes from the people and culture of the zone. Not to be disrupt it by toxic turistms or gentrification. We welcome new ideas, energy and people of all places but remember that mexico it's not only a country but a strong, rooted price culture and people. There's been a lot of videos of specially estado unidences "US citizens" not respecting the culture nor people of Mexico. We don't need that kind of people
The president said a couple of days ago that the Maya train in Tulum will be ready on Feb, 2024, which I think is wishful, another RU-vidr/real estate agent just got early access to the train station in Tulum to check out the progress, maybe you can ask to get access too.
