For eg, there are many terms like survey numbers, pahanis, passbooks, record of rights, and many such miscellaneous things that we hear on a daily basis. I’ve tried googling it and everything there is no proper explanation anywhere. It will be helpful if you start a series on this

Is it better to have to term insurance before we apply for home loan. Question: if I already have term insurance they grant me a loan as I have term insurance, but why still they take the registration docs and keep with them until we clear the loan amount.
