Chris is not a bad guy. He has a low IQ but he seems like a decent person. No one hates Chris. The other ladies don’t hate him, viewers don’t hate him. Candiace is the only reason ppl look at Chris funny. Candiace has no redeeming qualities, doesn’t protect him or stick for up for him when it counts (Dotty), constantly screams at him, degrades him, humiliates him. That’s why people question why he’s married to her. Money is the first reason ppl come up with. Candiace is a pampered brat, never had a job, 40 years old doing her first album with no prior experience, mom paid for her house and continues to… so they assume he stays with her to get some of that. Remember he had multiple kids with another woman and didn’t stay with her. No kids with Candiace but doesn’t leave.

Both production and cast share information CONSTANTLY about scenes even where they are not in. So Candiace's "your mama" looked way out of field seeing as (while claiming to be a "wordsmith") - She never cursed out with those words, she always tried to be original in her insults by looking for things that are a touchy subject (people giving birth, the size of their feet or forehead etc. etc.) - It was very "convenient" to use your mama as an insult in the context of Mia's mother... I believe that's the difference between Heavenly using it, because she came from the ghetto whereas Candiace even according to her own colleagues, says shit with the clear intent of trying to hurt a person and not even be just shady, but downright a mean girl. I agree with you. However, Candiace made a point in her argument. With that i it brings forth the MAIN point of her behavior is that its impossible to fight everybody. She doesnt pick and choose her battles. She shows up for every battle and viciously attacks everyone and this isnt limited to the show.
