@@Faceghost881977 is anything now? Are judges even evaluated for moral character? What or who defines it? Are cops? (Ur not allowed to be a cop with an iq over 95 btw), lawmakers? Politicians? Or anyone in power? Doctors? Im not disagreeing with you. I think about this problem and its consequences a lot. Morality is going to be labeled as religious bigotry. "Do what thou wilt" instead of "do unto others" is becoming more and more in your face.
The gentleman here fails to mention something highly essential which isn't just the fact that this REAL ID Act has absolutely nothing to do with national security or is in any way beneficial to the security of our citizens. It is that 1) The REAL ID Act was quietly passed without hearings or going through the house of representatives because that whole bundle of ID laws is unconstitutional from cover to cover and the house would have shredded it had they been tasked with the deliberation of this Act. 2) The only reason it is in fact made legal is that compliance was made optional for both the state governments as well as the citizens. The states can say no to participating however they would face serious consequences as the authors of these laws have implemented a series of penalties for anyone not complying with the REAL ID Act such as withholding of federal assistance and so forth and for the citizen there are a number of consequences should he or she decide not to comply. Thus forcing compliance on anyone having second thoughts on this. 3) What this man apparently hasn't in the east yet discovered is the fact that this new law effectively creates a two class society. One one side there will be the vast majority of people who will blindly in their blissful ignorance comply and get themselves REAL ID'ed and on the other side those who see through this act of deception, it's unconstitutionality and refuse to comply. So you'll have the "good" citizens and the "bad" citizens. Now what does history teach us as to what happens in a country that develops a two class society? The results are always the same, examples can be found throughout history, China, Russia and probably the most famous example that I'm sure we all remember was given by Germany in the middle of the 20th century where one will eventually annihilate the other. What this new law in fact does is to perform as a tool to weed out the federalist government's opposition because anyone with a half way clear mind and a small amount of common sense who believes in the validity of our constitution, will most definitely not comply and will not get real id'ed. Values, ideas, rights and liberties we have long held dear and also ave taken for granted will be eroded and eventually erased by this act and others like it that have been quietly passed since 9/11. All of them laws I should mention, that have nothing to do with what happened on 9/11 as they have been conceived long before that day. I urge anyone who's driver's license is coming up for renewal to look behind the scenes, read between the lines, look carefully at the requirements of being real id'ed before signing the application for a new license. One might ask, if all this is so unconstitutional, then why is it that the US supreme court hasn't said so? A reasonable question and the answer is surprisingly simple: The US supreme court will only rule on an issue if it being tasked with doing so by someone filing a law suit with the supreme court. As these laws were passed without consulting the house, there wasn't anyone who would have objected to these laws and once passed and signed by the president, it would have taken the people themselves (i.e. state governments) to file a lawsuit with the supreme court since no one else has the time or financial resources to back such a law suit which takes years and millions of dollars to complete. Counting on this, these laws were passed with the confidence that no one will do anything about it and thus far, no one has. Welcome to the New United States of long gone rights freedom and liberty
@David Anderson well said. For those whose DVLs are coming up for renewal...what options then do we have? Its either real id or "federally non-compliant" id, which makes one feel like an outlaw. Is it true real id has facial recognition? That alone is making me strongly consider the "bad" id.
Ok sure real id is evil btw what is your last 4 digits of your ssn, domt worry i don't need the whole number, I can get it from where and when you were born
What a social credit scoring? China is leading the way and it's terrifying It's going to be rolled out worldwide. Real ID won't matter if you have been blacklisted by your social credit score. Straight out of a black mirror episode nosedive only it's not TV. It's real life.
What do you think your phone is? It’s full of chips and software that identify you hundreds if not thousands of times a day, along with a fingerprint scanner to confirm your identity as well as remotely controllable audio and visual recording hardware. They don’t need to implant chips in you. They already have your compliance with something that invades your privacy infinitely more than a RFID ever could.
taking our constitutional rights to travel or go into a government building like SSI or DHS... what are the homeless going to do to get this ID so thay can go to get help?
I didn't even think about that.. finally people such as yourself Shannon won't be able to commit fraud anymore by going to a government building n ask for government check.
Yes, a driver's license is a privilege and you would be shocked to tears of joy if you knew what that privilege is- you would think you had just won the State lottery (a total scam) or that manna had fallen directly from the throne of God in heaven to feed you. Wake up- the people perish for lack of knowledge of law.
So if I'm one of those people that might go to a federal building say once every couple of years then without a real ID I'm denied something that I used to be able to get automatically. I guess with this real ID some of my rice are Stripped Away. So that means that I should not be able to pay federal taxes because what if I have to go see someone at a federal building in there are an IRS agent? So if I don't have a real ID how am I supposed to keep a appointment at a federal building? And what if I fly from Chicago to Springfield Illinois? I'm surprised the airlines didn't fight back against this one. So that means if you don't have a real ID you can't fly and you're limited to riding a Slowpoke Amtrak train or a Greyhound bus. This is too strange and I think that it's misrepresenting and it denies people in strips people of various rights as Citizens. And this should not be a left-wing saying or a right-wing saying. This is an American thing.
You can't ride the trains or buses either without your (precursor) to the Mark of the Beast (aka "Real ID") And it will keep evolving and expanding until you have NO rights left. Mark my words
You can't ride the trains or buses either without your (precursor) to the Mark of the Beast (aka "Real ID") And it will keep evolving and expanding until you have NO rights left. Mark my words
Well as a homeless guy I can tell you I can't get a real id. My papers simply aren't in order. Which is disturbing. This real id act will typically be under stated. Once fully enacted I'm sure there will be so much more the politicians will fill you in on. I suppose the US Constitution will go extinct. This Corona virus isn't helping this situation either. The stimulus package is pressing hard for people to get direct deposit for a bank. Financial institution is a real red flag for me. This country is nothing but money driven.
If are homeless, you probably cant afford to fly anywhere anyway.......it's not hard to go to a local library and contact the city you were born and get a copy of your birth certificate, it cost me $7 for a copy....the Real ID doesnt cost anything extra to get
Cracker Jax let me ask you this for a critical thought to spring forth in your mind. How can one be re presented when they haven't even done their presentment in the courts?
We need a strong Libertarian administration and representatives in government to roll this government overreach back to a constitutional basis. I am not going to comply with the REAL ID act, and I will return my "driver's license" back to the state and will operate my vehicle under my driving permit issued to me years ago, or I will operate under my right to travel as a citizen. That is until they set up checkpoints around the country to stop people who don't have a licenses to travel.
Don't use citizen or any form of that word... I just learned this info... Just refer to yourself as people ... And yes that's grammatically correct because it can be used as singular and plural
I live in Southern California and I'm still confused as to the point of these new change, but it sounds to me like it's a way to regulate illegal immigrants from flying. Am I wrong? And how is this even a Federal regulation when it requires you go to your state department? If it was Federal, wouldn't it be the other way around??... meaning that EVERYONE needs a passport to fly anywhere. Just seems like more ways for the DMV to make money and sounds like BS to me.
If you have a passport, you do not need a real ID. If you do not have a passport, you will either need to get one, or get a real ID to travel. I use my passport for travel in and out of the Country and I will continue to do that until they make me do something else.
Yes, this is what my sister who works at the NYC DMV told me. My whole family has passports even the kiddos. We will just use those. Although the passports have chips in them now. I suppose it's a bit better than facial recognition.
the most useful comment yet. I have to renew my DVL and was disturbed to see that I have to get a real id to do so. Or "federally non-compliant" id, whatever the heck that means. I do have a passport, so I guess I'll use that in the meantime. But wouldn't I need a DVL to drive?
So basically the feds are creating one large database instead of 50 separate but connected ones? Is it just the upgrading of their software or more?if more what?
Driving should be a right! If you pass the driving test, and are a safe driver, there is no reason that a license should be denied for any other reasons! Over 72% of Florida drivers have had their license suspended because they have not been able to afford to pay court fine. They take your license from you and then you can't get to work to even try to pay fines or child support! This causes innocent people to go to jail for lack of payment, not because they refuse but because they can not get to work. Where is the freedom or justice in this?
I do it because that is why our government planned for that date to be the date of the "attack" .... You know us Americans... Why like good catchy catch phrase
As a member of the 911 family... I cannot believe that anyone could not see the 911 family was targeted on 9-11. It was by design of the 2nd wave attack to take out as many as possible of that family. The attackers knew our 911 response strategies. sheesh.
On it’s face it seems petty to call out this error, but it’s annoying, and illustrates the shallowness of the speaker’s train of mind. A similar annoying thing is when folks rant emotionally about the “3000 Americans” who lost their lives on 9-11; roughly 3000 people did lose their lives. Many were not American. After all, it *was* the World Trade Center!
This video is six years old. As of Aug, 2022, all states are "compliant". Oregon and Oklahoma have extensions. Pay close attention to his important remarks starting at 21:00
@Google Earth u smoking that super crack. When one puts a date. One is just certified wacko or trying to make a buck. Where the fuck do u get oct 1 2020 from ur tin foil hat drawing with all the dates of next year on a folded pieces of paper? Jesus christ. May u not procreate.
Now what? What are we supposed to do when there’s only three states left who need to comply. October 2020 is the absolute deadline. What should we do?????
@@rebeccawayne1758 aww poor thing you should really read the law baby before u go sending someone packing. You still need a damm passport when flying internationally. The real ID is only good for flying domestically
@@Mr_Techroid what are you talking about? I said his passport is a real ID. Therefore to fly international you do not need a "real ID" driver's lic...you only need your passport
If people do not so called comply....travel and related industries will financially suffer. Hence if we don't line up they may decide its just not worth all the lost revenue which keeps so many countries and businesses alive
Has it occurred to you that the event was hosted in one of the House of Representatives buildings - in which staff work whose bosses are in Congress...?
I told people about this 15 years ago no one believed me other than my mother she died 10 years ago now I've been gang stalked into extreme homelessness with my dog the rest of my family leaving me alone hungry and sick to die on The Streets of San Francisco Bay. I had hopes and dreams that were absolutely reachable I was turning my life around they destroyed because I knew the truth they killed my mother because I knew the truth. They tried killing me and my dog but now I'll never forget the truth me and my dog are safe now I only trust the truth. Stay blessed!
Talking about 911 like it’s real makes everything else you say, and your organization, suspect. Not to mention the sheer and ridiculous and illegal “commission” and DHS.
What a joke he is believing in terrorism and 911. I believe it's the next step to globalism and getting rid of cash system. Total risk for us of serious identity theft. This is pure invasion and against the Constitution. Against the law of the land!! So everyone knows everything about us. We will have to show Id everywhere before long, I believe. I had to get mine yesterday and I regret it. Ohio is pushing it already.
@@gordongoodman8342 It's not a joke you fool. Language is important, and if you can't speak clearly, you can't think clearly. I am really surprised the speaker on this video continues to say nine one one for the date. Who does that? It makes no sense. If I were to say I was born on the date "one two three", when was I born?
Try to get help from any dmv or government office if you have a problem obtaining a document needed for real ID. You can’t !!! Especially during a pandemic. States are overwhelmed.
What other options do you have? I have to renew my license and I'm ticked off b/c its either the real id or "federally non-compliant" id, which is an insult in and of itself >:(
Real ID act require the issuing agency to verify the documents submitted with issuing authorities. However most if not all DMVs never verify birth certificates. It would be ironic if an attack happened with a genuine Real ID obtained through a fake birth certificate
The only problem I have with this is the over reach of the central government. End the powers of the Fed. One more step closer to the full implementation of the North American Union. They been working on this for years.
It, as matter of fact, fits perfectly with the intent of the union and the constitution. For example, air travel is generally cross state lines. Guess who get jurisdiction to regulate matters cross state lines?
WHAT A TOOL BAG.....You don't have to swipe your license when you go into your Dr office and other places. You're right to privacy is not affected by this. If you own a cell phone, Apple and Facebook already know every place you've ever been, ever wbsite search you've ever done etc.....
Driver means, for hire. UPS, uber, limo, Amazon driver. Everyone else ou s a traveler and no d/l is "required. Self suffocation is not required or mandated with any legal authority. The ALL CAPS NAME on the birth certificate (& every document you carry you beLIEve that legal fiction corporate dead entity is you. It isn't) is bonded securitized and traded on the stock market. And legal fictions have LIMITED RIGHTS, less than human beings and obviously legal fictions don't require fresh air atmospheric oxygen 24/7, do they. You are choosing to contract with THEM with your obedience.
I don't know if I should feel bad or apprehensive in regards to the real ID. I mean, if you have filed taxes, gotten a driver's license to r passport, have a social security number, etc., the government knows that you exist, who you are, and where you live. I see no point in feeling alarmed by this. For me, this is just another card.
With any form of legal identification you should be allowed access. To force the whole populace to conform with this ridiculous new identification document is beyond what our government should stand for. It’s ‘We, the people’ not ‘Us, your government’. It’s a failure, a forced compliance that should never have been created. The added cost alone is idiotic, if you already have an ID or license you should be allowed to get the ‘new’ one free, since it’s forced compliance, not voluntary.
Fishy; did not the socalled Jews have to wear the star of David in Germany...? The Mark of the Beast conditioning. Pray that you do not enter into temptation, but that THE ALMIGHTY God YAH delivers you from the wicked one.
I'm looking to file a lawsuit because if true ID is supposed to work then you should need it to vote but there is a exclusion that says you dont need a true ID to vote. WTF. If I as a American are required t to have this to fly well then I figure you need it to vote.
Fu*k... I'm just now hearing of the existence of "Real ID"... I want to retroactively join the fight against it... ... now that the fight is already lost.
+Schweine Hund Personally I'd like to see a bunch of these public sector employees replaced by computers and self service kiosks at state and local offices.
A privilege is a benefit that otherwise you wouldn’t get like insider trading, to drive on public roads is a fundamental right for the pursuit of happiness you can shove that privilege you know where!
I think the guy talking "911" was about the bombing/hijack 4 american planes in a day ( September 11, 2001) in New York and 2,000+ died on that accident
Yes and no. Yes you can have an ID in two different states. That said the DMV's talk to each other. So once you get the ID or DL in the second state they will cancel or surrender your other ID or DL fr the other state.
Please explain driver's lc to get the real id...do they ruin you drivers license...when you get a real id ? They "ruined" my real id when they forced me back to get my rescended licensure on the record. Why did they then ruin a real id, for that drivers license i tried to keep my un alie able travel rights..What is a real woman saying a plastic is an id of what God created. I do not choose ill will or to harm my brethren, i have no intention to such. I believe protected is ok, but say we should choose the old technology of the long distance stun guns..than to ever kill god's creation. I have had my youth and stupidity of what i say is wrong..by youth and trying to 'fit in' after never being a fit in style, and laughed at, for the whole concept of wanting to please God in a mixed up youth..but i had to loosen up from all of and too much slander of being out of it, got to me. So i sinned, and certainly have my youth to look back on, these federal lands were to aaaask the people IF, they could use Their Lands to set up bases. Why do people need these ID's to drive ? They were for these Fexeral Land Employees...yet put the independent people as thought they are to comply to theses used and asked for fed lands from the people ! Not the opposite way around !!!!!!! They were for defenCe..= to fortify, NOT.. Defen"S"e= vengeance !!! people are not seeing spell...ing changes and it is very serious here !!!! The people are getting Vengeance from these people, not what was agreed on in the agreement. We are having to check behind eeeeverything run amuck on people out here.......under the quise of safety...and who does all these situations ????? Not a people, out here !!!!!! Yet all their rights and protections are being wiped out, and that was Never the government the people allowed !!!!! Never !!! We have a constitution for "assure" us a... "limited" Government !!!!!!!!!
Then you will run into family authoritory and anstery that will gift you abundtly and it will turn to a big ole party far far away territory of sunderthein
Is it worth it I was going to lose her Freedom more and more and it's country or any part of the world we're getting one step closer to get more controlled by the government again closer almost to the end play The Next Step you should probably microchip if that comes or this is another closer to the microchip
I'm very opposed to intrusions into my privacy, however everyday we give thousands of points of information to many companies which distributes that information to advertising agencies and more. We live in a world where employers check the Facebook and twitter accounts of potential employees. So that begs the question of "why not" to a federal ID. I think at some point we've all had to deal with some sort of federal agency or program. We have to sit there and fill out form after form and it takes forever for them to do anything. Part of the problem is the public sector unions and the bureaucrats they represent, these people have no motivation to get anything done in a timely manner. With a national ID that acts as a key to our own information we can save time and money. Instead of having to fill out a form, we can walk into a government office, scan an ID card and answer a couple simple questions at a kiosk and that's it. We can eliminate some of the front end jobs and save the taxpayers some money in the process. Not to mention the tree huggers will be happy because we're wasting less paper. There is no reason at all that the local, state, and federal governments should have access to this information. It wastes time and money for agency A to ask agency B for information and hack through red tape to get it. I get that people create fake ID's and circumvent the need for ID's, that's life there will always be a more clever person. If we can steam line government processes and make more efficient it could do wonders to weaken the position of the public sector unions and allow us to shrink the government as a whole. I'm no expert on this, but could someone dispute why my points wouldn't justify a national ID?
Why do you assume it would streamline anything? Sure, it COULD do all that if implemented the way you're imagining it, but WOULD it? I doubt it. Just look at the state level. There is a state-wide ID (driver license) in place already. Yet very few state services are accessible on that piece of ID alone. To get a job in my state I would need to furnish a social security card, that information is already in the possession of the DMV. To vote I would need to furnish a voter registration card, that information is also already in the possession of the DMV. To get a library card I would need to furnish some proof of residency in the county, again that information is already in the possession of the DMV. If I get pulled over by the police they will demand that I furnish proof of vehicle registration, which is already in possession of the DMV. All that in addition to my driver license, which in my state is ALREADY "real" ID compliant. Like Oscar Wilde said: "The bureaucracy is expanding to meet the needs of the expanding bureaucracy." We already have national ID's: social security card, birth certificate, passport, etc. This isn't going to create less hassle for the average citizen, it's going to make it easier for the average citizen to BE HASSLED.
Government is supposed to protect my freedoms, not encroach on them. If Facebook or RU-vid acts carelessly with my information, I can bring action against them. The government is an agency of force. You can't bring an action against the government. (You can but it's meaningless because you will fail)
Because they will have your picture on all facial recognition software will be able to track you anywhere you are also there is no ecryption on them so anyone can easily hack you and steel your life/money also they have the right to share all your info and there slowly following India look up how there ids and stuff are they even give you a credit score not a regular credit score this 1 scores you on how good of a person you are and if you have a low. Rateing you have to pay fines go to jail or not allowed to do things like leave a state fly allowed in any federal stuff all that so we're just helping them trap us even more than they already do they want to control us
Ya know what if the department of motor vehicles want driving to be a privilege and that they want a flow of people to traffic Burroughs why not have a person take a drivers test every 10 years.
