We will learn some new information in June, but we won’t be made aware of the totality of evidence against BK until this case goes trial.

That would bananas if they DONT have any one of those items! They need the phone or shoes or receipts etc..that is what their case is standing on!!! They have accused the man of killing 4 college kids in a brutal and horrific manner AND stalking one of them for months on end. His dirty laundry has been aired to the nation. His drug addiction etc..as I said to my husband; the murdaugh case had more evidence LMAO. I get that we know very little, but I have been questioning this over and over in my mind since they arrested him. It just doesn't make sense, he was depressed, recovered from a heroine addiction, went to college got two,was it masters degrees? So you're saying he got his poop in a group? Did they look into his dad? What do they have thats solid? Can't they at least speak specifically about what they have ruled out? After the Murdaugh verdict...the evidence, or lack there of, doesn't really bother people. Which telegraphs a very bad future scenario for us all. I hope you cover this Peter!

​@Sarah Gray good luck to DM at the preliminary hearings in June. 8 hours,roommates didn't call police. Who showed up. Did they remove anything? Who entered in those 8 hours? 8 hours.

​@L.J. Smith yea,the public also accused Hoodie Guy of stalking from 2 minutes of food truck video. I've yet to see any evidence from court filings he was stalking them.

I was just about to agree, but then I realized...wait a minute...this search warrant was specifically for the parents' house and the person of BK. It did not cover the neighbor's house/trash. If I'm not mistaken, trash is free game once it's at the curb, so no warrant is needed. Or maybe there was a separate warrant for that. I think this stuff here is in addition to whatever they found in the neighbor's trash, which is good. Also, there's still the car, and I do wonder why his cell phone isn't listed. Surely they have it somewhere, you would think! Although I'm super curious, I'm glad they're keeping a lid on things until the right time.

@@WFOKARTER84 Yes, I saw that 2nd release of items shortly after I wrote this comment. So they DO have his phone and much, much more at this point.

@@Mustangmom2k 90% if the things he has are things everyone and their neighbor has in their home too! I have dark clothing.... Who doesn't have guns or knives (unless they cut there veggies with their FRONT teeth) and medical gloves (Cleaning chemicals on bare hands),... Especially OCD people..... 😒

@@alygarden7879 I agree, so I'm not quite sure what your point is. It'll be interesting to see what evidence, if any, is on any of that clothing and in the cell phone and laptops/drives. Personally, I can't see the knife being THE knife. He would have to be unbelievably stupid to have that in his car, imo.

Sooo apparently all those items...flashlight, etc was on his pajama body while ASLEEP, since they Busted in the house when they were supposedly asleep. 🙄 LE is goofy.

@@alygarden7879 that makes it even weirder! Who sleeps with a flashlight and gloves on them… 😳 but not surprised they went in at night, it’s very common. Less likely to be a confrontation or the ability to dispose of stuff coming in at random, in the middle of the night.

It's ok. They already have everything they need from it, including recording of the layout.

@Yt Comms3 obviously, but jury walk through of crime scenes is not a common occurrence. I'm sure if the defense or the prosecution felt they needed a walk through, they would have the scene preserved.

@@ytcomms3945 that only happens in TV shows, it is very rare in real life.

@@TJ-so9xo I guess the Murdaugh trial is also a TV show ... the judge and jury just went on a field trip and walked through the crime scene

@@fuukyyoutb4864 it actually belongs to the City ... but if it is still not on the curb but on the property it belongs to the property owner. However they followed Brian trying to "hide" it so probably the search warrant applies for that case.

@@fuukyyoutb4864 apparently it is different where you live ... in NYC they could fine you 100 dollars if you place your household trash into the city trash bins on the street corners... little known fact is that they could also fine you if you take something from the city trash ... As for when the trash belongs to the city and when it belongs to you ... we had to look it up carefully to fend off Fines! On trash removal mornings. You could get ticketed fast if you do not clean up ... once the trash collectors are Gone, leftover trash on the curb is all yours.

@Yt Comms3 just feel a bit sorry for BK parents. Get fright of their lives their son is arrested for capital crime and they have to replace their windows. They have to be considered victims too unless they knew which dosent seem likely ..Thank you for your response.

Very few items were mentioned. Some may have been blood stained or just dirty rusty.

Yes, that was released a while ago. Some receipts, some stained pillow cases, an animal hair, a computer, and other items I can't recall at the moment.

@@alygarden7879 yes those were in the apartment. LE also removed the contents of his hoover. That might be helpful if he did not clean it since November. I used to change the bag after every cleaning session though and I had nothing to hide from LE! Also I play with dogs on the street and in the house so the occasional dog fur would not be informative. But BCK is not the type who is walking around in his local neighborhood engaging with dogs and people.
