Take a look behind the scenes at how we created our Real Life version of Hitman. Check out the full film here - • Real Life Hitman Behind the scenes documentary: Directed by - @ValgasMoore Produced by - Arthur Douglass
@Tyler Durden Timothy Olyphant's representation of 47 is definitely amazing, hit every note of what the character stands for. Olga Kurylenko was basically the inspiration for what Victoria became in Absolution, except in the movie it was actually well done and they had chemistry. The movie grew on me over the years and it's definitely one of my favorites.
This is what youtube made for, pure fucking creativity and mastery in the art of creating entertainment videos. I applaud all of those working on this project.
Again: We're deeply soryy getting Agent 47 killed twice... On the other hand: which arms dealer knows the face of his employees? GREAT JOB GUYS! We hope we'll be involved in something like this again soon!
How come some unknown company is able to actually understand the style and the stealth that makes the Hitman games so fun, yet both movie versions of this have been bog-standard shoot 'em ups? Excellent work, guys, I actually thought I was watching gameplay footage for a couple of moments there. You really got the lighting spot-on there. Plus you got that awesome voice back, which was cool.
+DangerousMuteLunatic Exactly what I (and countless others were/) was thinking. It's insane how these big green-lit budgets go to waste due to director misinterpretation and lack of thorough research to translate the video-game experience to film authentically.
@@CaImNights (excuse the late reply - it's for anyone else reading) It's not misinterpreted by the Director, it's the problem all computers games have going to the big screen = the hardcore gaming audience won't be enough of an audience to justify the budget, so they edit for a general audience and lose the authenticity. Sucks for both audiences.
Because the films tackle it from Agent 47's perspective OR from the perspective of the "good guy" of the film and one of those tries was just a hard rip off of Taken, while the other was a hard rip off of John Wick. I would love a film that wasn't trying to be something else and just took a look at things from Diana's perspective within the regard of him doing missions since she is what feeds the narrative in every game technically. Edit: That and perhaps they use that Blueray tech (as in them just coding in something) that they use to place in ads instead as a way to change out certain scenes so that it can seem like a randomly generated experience almost because the Hitman titles sell due to the fact that you can take on a mission anyway you want to, making the experience even closer to the games. I know that's "too avant-garde" for any Director to do, but one can dream. It would definitely bring more eyes to the game series.
Because having 47 flawlessly assassinate people while sneaking around isn’t something people consider entertaining to watch as a movie. They’d much rather have a shoot ‘em up experience.
@@armaan1091 You are wrong here. That is exactly what would be entertaining to watch. Some extremely clever ways of eliminating 47s targets would be extremely entertaining to watch. Watching a-seem-to-be-chaotic setting for a kill ,be manipulated in ways thats just barely enough for a clean kill. And being almost an inch away from failure . Is an art form in itself and is a beautiful and an entertaining thing to watch.
To rent the mansion and the ferrari, to pay the actors and the original Agent 47 voicedubber, to install all those camera and sound system... I'd say it costed around $400k
This just makes me wish David Bateson was cast as 47 in a Hitman movie. He has the look, he has the acting skills and of course he has the 47 voice. No one else but him should be playing 47. He looks exactly like the character model from Blood Money.
I'd like to see Jason Statham try it, because he's done tons of OTT action films, he's great at fight/stunt choreography and he looks damn tasty in a suit. Unfortunately I don't think he can do any voice except his own. :(
+Pakislav Yeah - the RU-vidrs involved have been given their full playthroughs, so keep an eye on their channels in the coming weeks to see more gameplay footage!
+RealmPictures I don't know who the youtubers are, where can we find links to their channels? EDIT: Don't worry! I saw you guys link them off in the description of the actual video
+RealmPictures i noticed there isn't a link for a channel for Jane Perry seeing as shes a voice actor, will there be a video of her instance somewhere?
Man, this fanmade Hitman movie was really authentic. Thank you for sticking to the stealth side of the game as that’s what everyone does. All these other movies just show a giant shootout leading to the assassination. This was amazing and I enjoyed it.
The huge incremental jumps in quality from Level 1 to this have me nervous about how real the next installment is going to be. At what point is Realm Pictures going to 'Truman Show' someones life and let us play as them from birth until death?
You all deserve so much more praise for what you're doing. This level of intricate planning and attention to detail deserves to be rewarded with more attention. I believe I've seen the chatroulette video already, but after this...I'm subbing for the long run. I look forward to seeing more and more great things from this channel. Cheers
+Lizzie Brinkworth The RU-vidrs involved have been given their full playthroughs, so keep an eye on their channels in the coming days and weeks to see more gameplay footage!
+Noi5ee why? I think chris from pietsmiet did his job kinda well ^^ He even ordered pizza. The intended effect to also get some german guys and lads buy the game is achieved with inviting germans, isnt it? 😀
I think my favorite part was the fact that David Bates was actually enjoying himself on set. I love that he was invested into this and really put his talents to work.
And you guys executed it perfectly, with the disguises, escape, and the multiple scenarios that could play out in the game. It was all just absolutely wonderful. Love you guys! Can't wait to see level 3
I watched many different gameplays for this and all i can say is that you guys created a experience like no other before. Great job u all have created a masterpiece.
This was just goddamn epic!!! What a fantastic work. And on top of that having David Bateson doing the voiceover of Agent 47 with you guys. Legendary!!! I loved the RLFPS level 1 and 2, but this is on a new whole level!! Very professional, so well made, the camera work is flawless, Mark as the agent is amazing. Hope this will open the eyes of the industry to the value of your team, I can't say enough times what an amazing job you guys did. Best of luck to all the team who gave us an impressive work of entertainment!!
You all did such a great job on this project. The cinematography especially was amazing, so true in style to the game. This felt like a glimpse into how Hitman may appear visually in a few years!
You guys are fantastic creators, amazing job, you deserved to be known, cause you just invented each time a new concept for people to play or to basically live a real-life adventure with an entire scenario with multiple possibilities. You make future, and I'm thanking you for that.
Gosh, I miss this so much and I keep coming back, it's just so epic and awesome. I hope there's part 2! Another thing, if David only stares at you, it's scary.
This was incredible! the amount of dedication and time you guys put into this is just insane! Watching everybody use different tactics was probably one of the coolest things I've ever seen. for instance one dragged the entire body to use the finger on the door where the other just flat out ripped it off. the fact that you were even able to do that just blows me away! you guys prepared for everything !
We'll this was AMAZING, such lovely camera work and shots. Also nice to see Rode supporting this, I use Rode mics myself and absolutely love them! Thank you for making this!
This is like a behind-the-scenes of a movie. You guys should really see if a movie company would like to hire you. I feel like you making a live-action version of Hitman or some other game,it would probably be very well-made. Anyway, this Real-life Hitman is amazing, and I really hope you can do more of these in the future. It would be really awesome. Good job, Realms.
I just watched it before I came here, and it was fucking great. Liams' body posture and overall body movement was a perfect impersonation of the character in the game. Looks like it was a lot of work, but a heap of fun to make as well. Good shit guys, gratz.
You are freaking genious ! I can't believe you have only 130k, you deserve like millions!!! It's an amazing job you did there ! I'm gonna show your work to every friend i have !
I came here from OXbox (predictably), but I'm already in love with you guys! Just wanted to say this was one of the most finely crafted "films(?)" I've ever seen. The camera especially, managing to catch the movement of a videogame perspective like a dream! Well done! I have no idea what's next for you guys, but if the effort and quality you put in and get out matches the time it takes to come to fruition, I guess I'll be waiting for a year or two with my breath held.
I didn't know it was live and the people were actually telling the hitman actor what to do, that's so cool! Imagine how that must've felt, playing a real life video game
IO interactive spent all their money on this marketing campaign, so now they have to make the game episodic. Absolutely fantastic to watch however, you guys never cease to amaze.
