Mercedes is putting their drivers at risk, not the FIA. Mercedes can stop the porpoising by simply raising the ride height, but that will cost them performance. Apparently Mercedes values being the #3 team more than their driver's health.

Yup raise their damn ride height and get back to the midfield where they belong (for now).

But the thing is they don’t have too, just raising the car will solve it.

​@@Dorfus2323 The porpoising is the health and safety issue, no? The porpoising is 100% due to the downforce applied to the car, which can only occur when the vehicle is subjected to certain speeds. If Mercedes want to remove their porpoising issue, they could: A) Mercedes could reduce the engine power, which in turns, reduces the downforce, which stops the porpoising... B) Mercedes could just build a better car, and understand the aerodynamics that are negatively effecting their cars performance, and fix their car, stopping the porpoising. Forcing other teams to change their cars, because you (Mercedes) are unable to compete without subjecting their drivers to back pain is stupid...

Whilst I agree that its obsurd, I understand where Mercedes are coming from; after all theyve had years of rules being changed just to hamper Mercedes when they have nailed the regs and other teams havent.

So let the teams protect there drivers if health is more important to them than results. If you work in a factory the employer is responsible for your health and safety not the rule makers(government). BTW I think you meant Horner instead of Warner.
