I don't know who is Lharam Pa Ngawang Chokdan and I have not much knowledge about Buddhism but I have deep respect for him. What i could see from his talk is pure compassionate mind of him talks for the cause of Tibet and her religion.

awesome speech thank you, what ever you said is right,now Chinese government is using shugden group as time being to utilize and harm his holiness name and frame, if Chinese people protest his holiness its common and people just ignore them,but the Tibetan shugden people protest his holiness is uncommon and china government think its best way to use shugden people.
