LAY HO MA everyone! Thumbs up if you LOVE pumpkin :) :) :) Have you been following and enjoying my work for some time now or joining my channel for the first time? Tell us about yourself in the comments below!
What did your pumpkin weigh? Better yet, if using organic canned pumpkin, how much to use? BTW: love your channel and have been recommending. I’m not vegan, but I’ve been eating like one b/c of your awesome recipes. 🙂
Tip that I tried out!! I live in an area were pumpkins aren't really available and are generally very expensive, so I used a butternut squash and it turned out super great :) I love using this for lattes and even putting it in protein shakes and oatmeal.
Or you can use good quality canned pumpkin, just like you would use for a pie or pumpkin bread 🤷♀️ Still delicious and practical especially if you use organic! Try it! It worked for me 🫶🫶🫶
Oh my goodness!! I'm starting to get to some of your older videos including this wonderful recipe. I love pumpkin and it's really good for you and I have never even thought making my own pumpkin puree for lattes!! Wow!! Brilliant this is so brilliant and I'm so thrilled to find this. TY
Lay ho ma! :) Mmmm I could almost smell the scent just by watching this! Looks so delicious! (If only I had a espresso machine...) Thank you for sharing this with us!
LAY HO MA!! Many thanks for checking it out! Hmm, you can try making the latte with regular coffee. Won't be as "coffee-ish," but I'm sure it'll still be delish!! You can make coffee with a French press - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1JMhse2K_eg.html
WIL YEUNG Thank you! I've actually made the pumpkin latte with regular coffee(stronger than usual) today and it was very creamy and good! I especially LOVE it with those spices you used such as nutmeg and cinnamon! So Autumn-y! Would you please do some hot spicy cooking with lots of vegetables and chilis?
Wow nice!! Thanks so much for reporting back, ur the best :D mmmm spicy veggies sounds like a plan. Will do, thx for the suggest :D If you still have some of that pumpkin spice puree, watch out for today's episode ;) wink wink
Mocha pot coffee works great with this, you can also heat up the almond milk on the stovetop and then blend it (with hand blender) for a bit to get similar effect of smoothness. Takes a few times to get perfect but it's worth it.
High quality content. Pumpkin and spiced chai is my middle name. Like your food so much. All pasta recipes you made have been copied and devoured. Heaven on a plate. You nailed it.
This is cool. I like to modify it like this... - No sugar; use xylitol instead - No coffee; use matcha and or pure cocoa powder instead - Keep and grind together the pumpkin skin and seeds with the purée to preserve fibre content - Add Italian herbs, black pepper powder, and ground cardamom for more flavour - Balsamic vinegar optional (don't ask why, I am just crazy with balsamic vinegar generally)
Hi Wil, thanks for your amazing channel! I’m Pauline from the Netherlands and it is pretty cold here, so I was wondering if you can make more warm drinks without sugar- recipe? Would really appreciate! ! Best regards from Amsterdam
I'm a newbie to your channel Wil and am enjoying trying out your recipes. My hubby and I grow our own vegetables and butternut pumpkin is on our food plate nearly every day. And now it will be in our cacao/soy milk drink too! Love your work. Keep it up!
The real pumpkin puree in your latte looks amazing!! I would love a warm cup of this right now, its getting pretty cold in Winnipeg lately ahaha! Great recipe video Wil! To answer your question that you asked in the pinned comment, fun fact about myself that you might not know is that i'm half Chinese and half Japanese lol! 😍😍😍
Man! Its getting cold in Toronto too. I feel like we got a short summer this year :( Gotta eat more hot ramen? lol. Were you born here? That's awesome!! Would love to make it to Japan one of these days :(

你好 I like to see your eyes when you talk. Feels like you are looking at us and share the joy of your cooking sessions. By the way can I buy your cook book online?
I'd really like to learn now to make this without actually adding 'sugar'. Maple syrup or honey would be fine (I know...honey isn't vegan but maple syrup is). Do you have a version that uses either one of these?
Does almond mylk always steam this well? I want to know how to make a good plant based coffee creamer thats consistency of half-n-half and foams well for cappuccinos. Maybe you could do a video soon? Enjoy your art!
Hi Wil, thanks for the amazing recipes on your channel, I have tried a couple and all turnen out amazing! :) I wondered if you can freeze the pupkin spice puree to have it ready in the freezer wheenever I want to make a spiced latte? Thanks for your answer in advance!
Needless to say i strongly dislike tofu BUT i made your pasta Bolognese, thank God for red wine and Chili oil lol. Incognito tofu. That i could confidently eat. Hahaha
I have never actually heard of someone putting actual pumpkin in a pumpkin spiced latte....It usually just has the spice you spice a pumpkin with.....hmmmmm.
