Bro if i was you id hit the slope style track on the top left of the map in Yosemite on your bmx bike I've found this too be pretty fun/ similar to bmx jumps and a pretty dank setting like you spoke of.
@@jordan1352 that’s what i was thinking i haven’t played the new update but i rode almost every dirt jump in the game and they all pretty much built like bmx jumps
I love just riding and exploring. Played for about 9 hours straight yesterday, just cruising & carving with the bmx bikes. Makes for a nice way to relax and the world is pretty massive. Lots of things to explore. The main drawback I have of the game is the fact the game is 60.00 & the 1 year pass is almost as much as the game. The game it's self is pretty awesome though & can usually always find people to ride with.
I feel like we should of had more buyable bmx brand clothes, especially in the daily store, mines been pretty disappointing but I know we’re only the like three days into the update so there could be more coming
@RickProduction That's not in line with what the game is though. Yeah, those would be nice features but they would completely change up the foundation the game was built on. Just accept it for the fun, arcadey experience it is, and look forward to BMX: Streets when that releases. It should have all the features we want.
@@darkxkai5754 I honestly don’t even like RR as much. They showed it off as a successor to Steep, but Steep felt much more refined. I can still accept it for what it is and have fun all the same. People take gaming too seriously.
I love the anticlimactic ends in these types of videos. A good decision to just make them end when it happens and not do a complete outro or anything like that. Great vid :)
Loved it bro!! My fave style of riding. I can watch this all day long. Can't stand clips of people flying around like eagles with insane unrealistic lines lol
I've been trying to ride realistic aswell and Idk if it was already in the game but you can now do flares, there's also a bike in the game that sorta looks like my irl bmx and it's super cool
I think they should add a hard mode witch makes all the sports harder for example the bikes would have a slower rotation speed and slower trick speed same with snow boards and skies
They just need to take Dave Mirra 2, upgrade the graphics and physics, and you have a rad BMX game. This seems cool but the lack of realistic riding makes me hesitant when I can just bust out the PS2 and play some antiquated Dave Mirra lol
BMX Streets and the creator of Pumped Bmx are both working on more “realistic” style bmx games. The pumped bmx team has that more arcade/cartoony look but BMX streets looks like the “Skate” of BMX soon
Dude this was actually fun. That part at 9:49 where you almost ruined it cracked me up 🤣 coz I know that awkward moment when you're about to crashed but you didn't LOL! Also loved it when you ended the video straight up when you actually crashed. No outtro, just commitment. LOL Salute! 😎
Yeah, same for me. I was able to participate in the beta test thing before the game released last year and... right away i was pretty bummed. The physics in my opinion are *WAAAAY* too arcade-y and just ruins these types of games otherwise the game felt fine.
i think a really cool sport could be roller skates, and they add some ice lakes and when the roller skates are equipped and you touch the ice lake it turns into ice skates
I got this last night and it’s alright just feels like more riders republic kind of wish that one of the influencers that play said that I been burnt out from this game for a couple months and the BMX add on didn’t help bring me back hopefully the snow skateboard does
Yooo realistic can look clean in this game (aka) downside tailwhip Also exited for the video #potato I also have a question which foot do you have forward when you ride irl, I have my right foot forward whe I do tricks
Potato try the dirt bmx that has 50 rotation speed in a video it feels pretty good for realistic riding it doesn't have to be 50 flat just In the 50s and for the park bmx I like the wethepeople reason
tried the bmx update today, its really cool... i love it.. but i wont be playing any more riders republic because i cant stand the controls. money wasted for me, unfortunately.
I just got the federal Jarvis from the season progression I haven't bought the BMX pass yet. So I have the Jarvis and I'm still level 1 BMX. I'll probably make a video of me getting the backwoods Chrome at level 1 BMX
I get it’s all for video game purposes, I just can’t get behind how floaty the character feels sometimes. Like how you can take two weak ass cranks, and fly 15 feet out the quarter. It’s fun, it just me nitpicking lol
I played riders republic on my frieands PlayStation for the first time and it was so fun but I don’t have a console that riders republic is on so I can’t relly play it :/
I'm just there to check this out cuz myself, and like most BMX riders of my generation, I have been hoping for a realistic BMX game since Dave Mirra 2. Then advent of the Skate game series has had me hoping someday that it will happen... sigh.
Now I’ve deleted my long winded rant about how underwhelmed I am, can anyone tell me if it’s possible to change the difficulty settings? Would prefer to see less big air from such low speeds and not being able to roll away after landing flat from what looked like 8ft. I know I’m probably being picking and will buy either way but would be good to know what I’m going into! 😂
Technically, yes, there is difficulty settings but they don’t actually change the way the game plays it just changes the difficulty of the events. You could just use standard level gear, they have the lowest stats so they take less impact and spin slower but there really isn’t any escaping the arcade nature of this game. Idk if you have heard of BMX Streets but that’s worth a search, might be worth it to save your money and get that if you are just looking for a BMX game and something more realistic!
