I've broken up with my boyfriend 4 weeks ago and I relate so much when it comes to food, I've lost 2 kg in 3 weeks because I just could not eat, physically and mentally. My body was rejecting food and my mind just did not want to ingest anything, it was hard. I was so exhausted from not eating, I was feeling nauseous and sick. I've been able to remove myself from the situation and now my eating has gone back to what it was, but it's crazy to see what our mind can do to our body 🤯
