Hi, I'm Tiffy :)
Welcome back to another episode of What I Eat In a Day! I have been craving spicy food so today we are making some of my favourite spicy recipes along with some delicious healthy sides.
For breakfast, I made 10 10-minute Chili Oil Egg Rice Bowl, the perfect way to start the day! A little bit of butter and Mama’s Chili Oil…always hits the spot. I had a bunch of vegetables in the fridge, so I had to make my favorite Vegetable Pancakes. I made sure to make enough for leftovers! I was also craving something warm, so I quickly whipped up a bowl of my 10-minute Noodle Soup. After lunch, I went boxing with my friend. It is such a great stress reliever and an amazing exercise! I was still craving something spicy for dinner, so I made a delicious bowl of spicy honey-glazed salmon!

Damn why are people complaining... she made countless of free cooking videos for yall, and now you complain because she advertises her brand? Why wouldn't she? It's literally her own brand and it's in tune with her type of videos (food). You should be happy for her!!!

I’m not one of those people who are complaining but what is irritating and when people say “oh she is creating all the free content”…. And that’s her decision to make. RU-vid is a free platform, if you don’t want to make free content you have options. So please don’t try to tell people to be grateful.

Lucky you don't crave fried, sweet stuff like I do during that time of month! I love the idea of having the veggie pancakes as late night snack and re-crisping them in the air fryer. It's fantastic that your recipes are quick to mske, while being delicious and nutritious too! ❤❤❤

yooooo the way you slice off the edges of the grapes MAKES SO MUCH SENSE! I've never thought of that haha always after a couple days the edges go brown and it always makes the grapes less appetizing and find myself forcing myself to eat them anyway, but NEVER THOUGHT OF THAT! Great tip!

I appreciate your support ~ and once I open my mama's chili oil and sauces I put them in the fridge :) they have a 2 year storage life since we made sure to high heat seal them! the details of each product storage instructions and stuff are on the website :) (kaidongfoods.com/pages/faqs)

Mushroom seasoning maybe? Or soy for that umami flavour. You could also try kombu dashi powder, its made out of seaweed :)
