I love your what I eat videos, especially for the fact that they do not always follow the same motive but they vary according to your day, needs and likes. I love that you go for ”cleaner” options but there is really nothing strict about it, you eat real food, have variety and share simple and nice recipes. Keep it up, I love watching them! ❤
Love to see a girl working on her pull-ups! I have a build similar to yours (long arms make it harder for us!) and the resistance band helped me get there👍 Keep it up and you’ll be doing pull-ups before you know it. 💪

I appreciate your concern! Thank you, I confidently can say I’m far removed from those controlling behaviors. This was a more “ideal” day haha but I don’t focus too much on anything, I try to eat more protein but I’m ok if there’s days where I don’t eat it at all!
