Problem sirf ye hai ki Hum Indians ko Indian company’s k products acche nhi lagte hai . Jaise Tata Nano ka majak udaya usko chalane me sharm mehsus karte the par uske hi jaisi dikhne wali Car MG comet ko chalne me proud mehsus karte hai. Ye hum Indians ki soch hai .
I have been using Ola scooter for last 3 years ( S1 pro 1st generation ) I am running already 60000 km without any problems Best scooter And I am happy I love India's product
Today 1 month anniversary of my ola S1 pro gen 2. From last 1 month my ola standing outside of showroom. I give for small work but they dead my ola 🤬. Think more then 1000 time before buying any product of ola.

Same problem with tata ev they solved but frequently go to service centre 👎in 2wheeler U loose less money but in 4wheeler but no one concern & talk about it bcoz we have no option .china ev byd which is world best ev but govt .imposed to much tax. That's Y not launch model soon.
Ola Electric Application has stopped working on our devices since a week ago. Not able to register my complaints. Service is the issue with OLA. Ola buiild Quality was not upto the mark, As a results minor issues started arising first. Till now i have faced issue with ola due to its build quality. Ola Service is not upto the mark and rather then a quick fix for two wheelers the process is more like what you expect at car showrooms and worse. minor issues takes hours to get done. We are not getting any help from ola in terms of Charges even when i have my scooter under warranty. Even labour charges are being applied which seems absurd. Ola 3rd party services are not reliable due to ola!

All moving parts n machines require regular maintenance n service OLA thought electrical vehicles don't require service at all hence company neglected servicing part that's the reason after two years company started thinking of service things will be set in the first half of nov 2024. Ola Electric has been worst product I have seen ever... They are claiming that they have resolved the issue but the reality is they send the mail and msg that issue is resolved even without touching/seeing the product and also closes the complaint
