Realme Buds Air Neo Detailed Features.
Design.
When it comes to the design, the outer-ear fit is comfortable and stays in place for most normal activities, but passive noise isolation is practically non-existing in the Air Neo design. For the controles, there are touch-sensitive zones on the earphones, which work well. The earphones are IPX4 rated for water resistance, and use Bluetooth 5 for connectivity with support for the SBC and AAC codecs.
Sound Quality.
The Air Neo Buds offer decent sound for the price, and in fact they are so slightly better than the more expensive Buds Air. The tuning is a bit less bass-oriented, but there's still plenty of thumb for anyone who likes exciting stuff. For calls, the sound is a bit bloomy, and not always sharp enough for the person on the other end, but you would expect this on a budget earbud.
Battery Life.
The earphones ran for around three hours per charge, which is better than Huawei FreeBuds 4, with the charging case managing to power the earphones four more times for a total battery life of 15 hours per charge cycle and a 1.5 hrs. single calling time. The battery is Li Polymer and takes 2 Hours to charge. Although this battery is much behind Oppo Enco Air (W32), JBL Tune 215TWS, it is quite reliable.
