Having two daughters I had to delay my dream of owning an S2000, now I finally have it and your channel has been an excellent resource for working on it. The way you explain the work and watching your track videos has given me confidence that you know what you’re doing. I greatly appreciate your efforts!

The step involving jacking lower control arm and weighting upper arm to get balljoint to engage got me thinking, it would be great to have a diy on clocking bushings. That wasn't needed here of course because ride height wasn't changed. But so many that work on suspension have no idea this is a thing. It should be easy to also make it generic enough for other platforms by just including a few extra lines about including any additional bushing bolts your car happens to have.

Great video. Staking the axle nut is optional if you torque to correct setting of course.

When tightening wheel bolts and especially axle nut, use your body weight. For the left rear showing in the video you should be on opposite site(push don’t pull). It puts a lot of stress in your spine.

I don't even have an S2000, but I do plan to buy one in the near future. I just wanted to say thank you. Your videos will come in very handy :)

Love the Karcepts hubs. Fit was perfect for me. And the URGE rear rotors too, for track cars. The shaved pads are a bit annoying first time but no problems after that :D. I'll have to try the breaker bar tightening, since torquing to spec still causes mine to slip/spin. Thanks for sharing!

did that surface corrosion to the karcepts hub happen just from sitting around before install?

Expanding on use of impact for tightening - may cause damage to the assembly due to the shock sent thru the hub/bearing/axle

In the second step which is tight the castle nut, the ball joint screw will move with the nut so that it can not be tight, please help

This is a general problem with ball joints that you can look up tips for. You’ll need to apply more pressure to the ball joint into the knuckle. That and make sure the threads on the ball joint are in good shape.

@@DIYGuysvideo Thank you so much! And if the threads are not looking good, best way is replace the whole arm?

Or replace the ball joint. Might be easier to find an arm.
