Rasar Amani - Cooool.... I already bought the Soul School 1 and 2 and I have put together some instrumentals on them. I am excited about them.... I am starting the writing process now....I'll do the Kong hits on the next project.... Thanks for responding... I have been with Reason for a while... Working on my 4th album.... lol....

Thanks for the compliments! The mic is a RØDE NT2-A, the pre is a FocusRite Red 1 and the interface is a Delta 1010. I think most of the magic is the pre and also the Selig Vocal Chain that I put it through in Reason. I also used the TSAR-1 which sounds amazing!

Because we already have 10,000 synth refills. I love Disco School and I am ready to get Soul School 2. Wish I knew about this yesterday because I spent the last of my music budget for the month on FXpansion's Maul.

Its all about how you use it. The stabs can be very useful and the multisamples are very useful as well. Forget the loops I doubt I'd ever use them. I am not personally worried about having cutting edge sound design tools and I use Live 8. I don't use the Live devices to get the whole cutting edge thing though. I just know this stuff works great for hip hop and r&b which is the kind of music I make. Soul School 2 is right up my alley it may or may not be up yours depending on your own needs.

Right....lol they need to make a classic rock school refill (Pascal Gabriel's Melophobia Machine Refill) is kind of a electronic refill, plus there is sonic reality's Sonic Refills Ultra Loaded if your looking for more electronica sounds to use in Reason...

Dude, the classical piano analgy can't really apply to electronic music as it relys on sound design. Chopin and Bachs music was characterised in their melodys and playing style. Whereas Skrillex and Noisias (for example) is characterised in their sound design. Another killer EDM pack would mean Vengeance Essential Club Sounds all over again, we would never hear the end of those sounds :p Anyway I'm too lazy today to start an internet argument...
